2 Steiner- e Waldorfkool Vabakool - koolile peab olema tagatud vaimne vabadus, (st enamasti - kool peab olema sõltumatu riigist ja majandussüsteemist). Ülesehitus: algaste ( klass), klassiõpetaja ülaaste ( klass) kooli juurde võib kuuluda 6-aastaste eelklass kooli juurde võib kuuluda 13. lisaklass, kus valmistutakse ülikooli astumiseks. Kooli majandusliku külje eest vastutab kooli juhtkond/eestseisus vmt, pedagoogilise külje eest õpetajate kolleegium. E-S Sarv

3 Kasvatus-õpetus kui kunst Iga päev on lapse arengus kordumatult oluline pakub eakohast toitu nii kehale, mõttele kui tunnetele seotud eilse ja homsega õpetaja performance. 2- või 3-päeva rütm uus materjal eelneva esitus (kunstilises vormis) ja korrigeeriminetäiendamine materjali lõpetamine ja uue sissejuhatamine. 20 Tartu Waldorfgümnaasium Lõpetanuid - 8 lendu, 116 noort. Pärast lõpetamist asusid 54 noort õppima kõrgkoolis, 12 kutsekoolis, 2 välismaal, 16 läksid tööle Eestisse ja 9 välismaale, 3 noormeest astusid Eesti Kaitseväkke, 2 neidu jäid lapsega koju ning 4 noort võtsid vaba aasta kas Eestis või välismaal. Kõige esimese lennu lõpetajatest - 3 noormeest, 3 neidu - on tänaseks saanud jurist, arst, pangatöötaja, projektijuht, profiratsasportlane, tööline. Koolis töötab 35 õpetajat - 24 naist ja 11 meest (28 neist on seotud iganädalaste tundidega, 7 annavad aasta jooksul 1-2 epohhi) Vt: E-S Sarv
