Terms: Affiliate refers to You as the Promoter Us and TMTB refers to TheMagicToybox.com.au We started our Affiliate Program to say Thank you to those Customers who help us just by talking about how much they love their fairy garden and also to allow others to be a part of sharing the Fairy Garden love with those with whom they come into contact. You don't need to be a past customer to be involved in promoting TheMagicToybox.com.au's Handmade Fairy Doors and Fairy Garden Accessories range. You don't need to sell. You don't need to stock products. You don't need to post products. You don't need to manage the customer's various needs. You don't need a website of your own.

2 You don't need to have a business registered, or an ABN or anything of that nature. You don't need to be an Australian - you can promote wherever you live (we ship internationally). Enough of the "you don't".. let's talk about how this works and what you can do. What Methods You Can Use To Promote Promoting is just recommending or suggesting via: 1. Word of Mouth : Talking to your friends and only mentioning relevant info to match what comes up in a natural conversation (ie. your friend is wondering what to get her little girl/boy for their birthday next month. You might suggest you've seen these handmade fairy doors online that look awesome and you have a coupon they could use for 10% off) 2. Social and Online Sharing : Sharing with a simple post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or whatever online source you like to frequent that includes your coupon friends can use for 10% off. (Hint: Never overdo this one.. one post is enough every month or so or you may find yourself un-friended!) 3. Groups you're involved with (online or offline) : If you're involved in Mothers Groups, Facebook groups, Gardening Groups, Baby and Kids groups, School groups or really any group that involves mothers and fathers with kids up the age of around 15, then you have the right market in your life already. 3. Internet Marketing : If you're an Internet Marketing Whizz then you can certainly use your cool skills to promote and earn. 3. Forum Signatures : Placing your Unique Coupon Code and a link to our website in the signature section of any forum memberships you have. 4. Offline Promoting : You can get involved in traditional offline promoting too, if you like. Flyers, a banner in your front yard (especially if you live in a high traffic area), flyers on school noticeboards and the like. The sky is the limit! Do what feels right to you, be creative and as long as you stay within the law, don't spam people (very important!), don't make false claims or interact dishonestly with others or with TheMagicToybox.com.au or do anything to put our business at risk, we are happy to have you involved in promoting our business. Which products DO earn you a 10% commission

3 Fairy Doors and Fairy Garden Accessories, including: All products found under the category called "Fairy Garden Accessories and Miniature Gardens" including : All Handmade Fairy Doors and Fairy Garden Accessories. All Fairy Figurines (not handmade). All products found under the category called "Sparkly Fairy Things" including : All Fairy Dust. All products found under the category called "Lucky Bugs : Change your Luck" including : All Lucky Bugs/Colourful Fairy Bugs Which products DO NOT earn 10% commission All other products sold via our website. These include, but are not limited to: Sandwich Cutters/Shapers Party Favours Any products (including fairy doors and fairy garden accessories) for which the Customer applies for a Layby. Layby orders do not earn commission under any circumstances. Wholesale orders do not earn commission under any circumstances. How YOU earn by sharing your Unique Coupon Code with others When you decide to promote and earn with TheMagicToybox.com.au we allocate you a Unique Coupon Code (for eg. FAIRIES10) that you share by whichever method/s you choose. Your customer then selects their products via our website and moves through to the online checkout provided and enters the Unique Coupon Code in the Coupon field supplied. We create the order and send the items via post. Once all affiliate conditions have been met, the affiliate commission is paid

4 30 days after the fully paid transaction is made, so long as a refund hasn t been given. Your Unique Coupon Code has two functions: 1. The person, let's call her Mary, makes and pays in full for her order (via bank transfer or paypal) and uses the Unique Coupon Code you've provided her to earn 10% off her order (excluding postage)... then 2. We see (via our ordering system) that your Unique Coupon Code has been used by Mary and send you 10% of Mary's total paid order (excluding postage) 30 days after Mary has made payment (provided Mary has paid in full and not applied for a refund on her order for any reason and that all other affiliate conditions have been met). BEING AN AFFILIATE : Important Things You Need To Know When you are promoting our products, you will be referred to in the below information as an Affiliate of TheMagicToybox.com.au (known as TMTB for the remainder of this document). This makes it clear you re not an Owner of TMTB and neither are you a Customer. condition that you agree and adhere to the following : We enter into this Affiliation with you under the 1. You will at all times deal honestly with and clearly communicate all information required of you from TheMagicToybox.com.au and the prospective customers with whom you come into contact either in person, online or via offline methods. 2. You are entitled to 10% Commission from any order (excluding postage and excluding any order that is made as a Layby) made by a customer using your Unique Coupon Code so long as this order is paid in full via Paypal payment, Bank Transfer and not refunded at any time in the future. The Affiliate Commission will be calculated as in the following example : Sample Order : $100 (excluding postage and insurance) less the Customer s 10% discount when using your Unique Coupon Code brings the customer s total order to $90. The Affiliate Commission is calculated as 10% of $90 (being the total

5 monies received from the Customer) = $ Coupons, Discount and Affiliate Commission CANNOT and WILL NOT be applied after the transaction has taken place. The customer must enter the coupon code at checkout. There are no exceptions and this cannot be applied retroactively (after the order). 5. PERSONAL USE : Creating an order for your own personal use and using the Unique Coupon Code does not entitle you to a 10% commission. You may use your coupon for a only a personal ONE TIME ONLY 10% discount for ONE order. Any Affiliate found abusing this aspect of the program (by any means) will have their Unique Coupon Code expired and will not be eligible for any further affiliation with our website or business. 6. Your Unique Coupon Code : You may request a specific code to use as your UCC as long as the order system accepts it and it is not already in use by another affiliate. Otherwise, we will allocate you the most suitable code. This code will remain yours for as long as you wish and will not expire. The coupon will only be expired and discontinued In the event that either (i) the Affiliate requests it, or (ii) the Affiliate has breached the Terms and Conditions of this Affiliate Agreement. 7. If any order for which you are entitled to a commission is refunded in future, we reserve the right to deduct the commission paid for the refunded order from any of your future commissions. 8. You will not Spam via any method, online or offline, any persons, companies or entities to promote TMTB and it s products. 9. Prohibited Sites : You may not promote, display or otherwise engage our material on sites that promote: sexually explicit material or violence. Promoting that comes from sites that engage in discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, and physical disability will deem your affiliation with TMTB as null and void from that day on without notice. Promotion on sites that promote illegal activities will not be accepted. By applying, you are stating that your method of promotion will not and does not directly promote or endorse these activities. 10. You will agree not to misrepresent TMTB, it s products, your affiliation to or discount offered as a result of your Unique Coupon Code to any persons, companies or entities.

6 11. You are responsible for any taxation that may be payable from the commission paid to you by TMTB and you will seek your own Tax advice from a qualified specialist. You are also responsible to the Government of Australia with regards to your own financial status that may be affected by earning a commission (Centrelink, Child Support etc) 12. To become an Affiliate, you will need to provide us with the following: a. Your Real First and Last Name b. Your Residential Address, City/Town, State, Postcode and Country c. Your Contact Phone Number (mobile/cell is fine) d. The method by which you wish to be paid (Paypal or Bank Transfer) and the or bank account details we will need to pay you. Please note: If you are not residing within Australia, you will be paid via Paypal. Bank transfers sent internationally incur large fees! We, TheMagicToybox.com.au (TMTB), agree to : 1. At the end of each month, provide you with a full and honest breakdown of each order total and the commission total that is payable to you via . The exact name, address and other personal details of our customers are protected by Privacy Laws in Australia and therefore will not be provided in this report. If there are no orders made using your Unique Coupon Code, no will be sent. 2. After 30 days have passed from the latest order made and paid for that uses your Unique Coupon Code, we will pay your commission to you via your choice of Paypal account OR Direct Internet Banking Transfer. For example, if the last order of the month that uses your Unique Coupon Code was made on the 20th, your payment will be sent on the 21st of the following month. 3. Grant you use of all photos and text information found on our website for the purposes of promoting our products via your chosen methods. If you need assistance with wording for your promotions, you may contact us in business hours or as below.

7 4. Make ourselves available via , SMS, Phone and Skype for any assistance or questions you may have within business hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Other times are subject to mutual agreement. 5. Disclaimer TheMagicToybox.com.au will make every reasonable effort to track and pay commissions for all sales that apply to the individual Affiliate. However, TMTB is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside our reasonable control which may temporarily disrupt or diminish this service. 6. Independent Contractor The relationship between TheMagicToybox.com.au and Affiliate established by this Agreement is that of independent contractors. TheMagicToybox.com.au and Affiliate shall each conduct its respective business at its own initiative, responsibility and expense, and shall have no authority to incur any obligations on behalf of the other, except as otherwise provided herein. Term "Affiliate" shall not be interpreted as a legal partner or affiliate, simply as an independent contractor for TheMagicToybox.com.au under this agreement. 7. Limitation of Damages TheMagicToybox.com.au shall not be held liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or program, even if TheMagicToybox.com.au has been advised of the possibility of such damages. TheMagicToybox.com.au aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event exceed the total commissions paid or payable by TheMagicToybox.com.au under this agreement. Affiliate understands that Affiliate tracking can never be 100% accurate and TheMagicToybox.com.au is not responsible for inaccuracies that might occur beyond its control. Tracking of Affiliate sales depend on several factors which are out of the control of TheMagicToybox.com.au. It is the goal of TheMagicToybox.com.au to make Affiliate tracking as accurate as possible, however, TheMagicToybox.com.au cannot guarantee 100% tracking for situations beyond its control. 8. Warranty Disclaimer TheMagicToybox.com.au makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to Affiliate Program except as outlined in this agreement. 9. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Tasmania and Australia.
