24 Form S Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships Skating Council of Illinois Ed Mann, President Sponsor Information Cash or Value in Kind Sponsorship Contact Edward Mann at The Skating Council of Illinois is honored to host the 2015 Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships. The Championships will be held at the Fox Valley Ice Arena November 19 23, The Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships are the premier competition for skaters advancing from three of the nine Regional Championships at the Juvenile through Senior levels, and is the last stop before advancing to the 2015 U. S. Figure Skating Championships, which will be held in Greensboro, North Carolina January 18 25, The Skating Council of Illinois will host over 200 of the nation s best young skaters from twenty two states across the United States, in addition to their families, coaches, officials, judges and other figure skating enthusiasts. We are proud to bring the national spotlight to the Geneva/St. Charles area through the sport of figure skating. In order for the Skating Council of Illinois to make these championships successful, we need community support and involvement. We are seeking sponsors to help defray the operating costs of hosting this event. We are a 501(c)(3) not forprofit organization. We need community support in the form of both value in kind donations and cash sponsorships. With an anticipated 5,000 spectators during the course of the five day event, your sponsorship will make key impressions and be appreciated by many! In recognition of your generous donation, we will advertise your business in various ways through our welcome packet, program book, prominently displayed banners, and media coverage. To further showcase skating, we are planning a day specifically designed for school children. We plan to provide field trip opportunities for classes to come and view parts of the competition and to hear from real competitors and members of U.S. Figure Skating. We also have plans to host a Seniors Day, where we provide seniors an opportunity to view this exciting event at a drastically reduced cost. Both of these events need economic support from area businesses to make them a reality. This is a great opportunity to showcase the hospitality and generosity of your wonderful community. Your donation to the Skating Council of Illinois for the 2015 Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships will be greatly appreciated. Please help us make this event a success!!
