3 WHITE WINES French Country & Loire La Picoutine Ugni Blanc Colombard 2015 Languedoc-Roussillon A classic southern French white with crisp apple and pear flavours, and notes of peach on the finish. Muscadet Sevre et Maine Cuvee des Ducs 2014 Loire V / VN Very fruity, with aromas and flavours of lime and grapefruit. Crisp and wonderfully refreshing. La Cote Flamenc Picpoul de Pinet 2015 Coteaux du Languedoc V / VN A very zesty and crisp white wine. Classic Picpoul Burgundy, Alsace & Rhone Montagny 1er cru Domaine Alain Roy 2013 Cote Chalonnaise The wine s golden greenish hue turns towards a lighter gold during ageing. The bouquet presents an aroma of white flowers and sometimes even dried fruits (apricots). Generally quite vivacious and exuding intense minerality on the palate, this wine still offers very pleasant suppleness that produces a nice finish. Chablis, Domaine des Marronniers, Bernard Legland 2014 Burgundy This brilliant medium-bodied Chablis has pure aromas and flavours of green apples, lemons and limes, with just a whisper of stony minerality. Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume Domaine Vrignaud 2014 Burgundy Complex and full bodied, with flavours of apples, pears and citrus fruits. A long finish, with a touch of minerality. La Chablisienne Grand Cru Chateau Les Grenouilles 2011 Chablis A very luminous and glittering wine. The first aromas of the bouquet form a festival of spiciness: vanilla, cinnamon and pepper that quickly move aside and leave room for suggestions of white flowers. In the mouth the effect is very flattering, the indication of a year of good ripe fruit. Its richness carpets the palate while the spicy fullness satisfies the taste buds. Nevertheless the Chablisienne terroir soon reaffirms itself to take centre stage with a lime-flavoured freshness accompanied by a mineral quality. Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Macherelles Domaine Roux 2013 Cote de Beaune It boasts firm coloration with green highlights. Aromas of mayflower, acacia, and honeysuckle blend with verbena and hazelnut and in some cases toast or fresh butter. This wine boasts a profound minerality (flint). Age brings in notes of honey or ripe pear. Rounded and often opulent, its attack is instantaneous. On the palate, fleshiness is matched by mellowness, and both are equally persistent. Domaine Marc Morey Chassagne-Montrachet 1er cru Virondot 2011 Cote de Beaune The Morey family has been located in a C19 coaching inn situated in the village of Chassagne for over 100 years. Today, the 9ha estate is one of Chassagne Montrachets most important and influential, using traditional vinification to create full-bodied, complex and powerful white Burgundy. Chassagne Montrachet from the 1er Cru `En Virondot` vineyard is rich with the aroma of honey, acacia flowers and almonds. It is produced from some of the oldest Chardonnay vines of the domaine. The intensity of the fruit is matched by the wine`s subtle acidity and the roundness of bottle maturity. Meursault Villages Michelot 2014 Cote de Beaune This wine has nutty, toasty oak adding the depth and richness to the citrus, apple and melon fruit. Finely balanced between opulent richness and purity of fruit. Pouilly Fuisse Domaine Trouillet 2014 Maconnais This delicate wine has aromas and flavours of grapefruit, peaches, acacia, buttered brioche and a touch of honey. It is very refreshing with a rich mouthfeel. Crozes Hermitage Blanc Les Jalets Paul Jaboulet Aine 2014 Rhone V Aromatic nose of white flowers, hawthorn and acacia, with a delicate woody final note. Supple and well-rounded with a harmonious fresh finish. Jean Biecher Gewurztraminer 2014 Alsace This is a full-bodied wine, with rich texture and a hint of sweetness and exotic flavours of lychee and pineapple. It has a delicate, fresh finish

Villa dei Fiori Fiano Puglia 2013 Italy Pale straw yellow in colour. This wine has intense herbal, fruity flavours with hints of yellow apple and peach. It is full, harmonious and savoury with an intense fresh fruit flavour aftertaste. Vivanco Rioja Viura Malvasia Blanco 2014 Spain Really fresh and invigorating with intense and elegant aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, pineapple and some floral hints. Mamora Vermentino di Sardegna DOC 2014 Italy V / VN An up and coming wine from Italy. Rich bouquet with a hint of bitter almond, mineral and zest. Voltolino Gavi 2015 Italy A beautiful floral fragrance, with a good minerality. Round-bodied and good balance. Gorgeous Gavi! New World The Wine-Farer Series Chenin Viognier 2015 South Africa V / VN A fabulous fusion of Chenin and viognier - a fresh fruity nose with apricots and aromatic flavours on the palate. Charles Smith Kung Fu Girl Riesling 2014 USA V / VN This wine is smooth and aromatic with flavours of apricot, key lime and nectarine. Medium-bodied, with a crisp, long finish. Satellite Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2015 New Zealand A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc bright, refreshing with aromas and flavours of apples, pears and gooseberries. Spy Valley Pinot Gris 2014 New Zealand O Classic Pinot Gris aromas of pear, melons and hints of exotic spices. Concentrated and rich with a long, harmonious finish. Les Nuages Pinot Noir Vin de France 2014 Loire V A light red ruby colour, with aromas of black cherry and elegant floral notes. Silky, well balanced, with smooth tannins. Chateauneuf du Pape Les Galets du Haut Louis Bernard 2012 Rhone V A full-bodied complex wine, with aromas and flavours of dark berry fruit accompanied by hints of forest floor and warm spices. Notes of stewed fruits linger on the long finish. Les Traverses Cotes du Ventoux Rouge Paul Jaboulet Aine 2014 Rhone V A smooth, rich and stylish red with intense black berry fruit and delicate liquorice notes. All supported by silky, ripe tannins. Hermitage La Chapelle Jaboulet 2005 Northern Rhone The Wine Enthusiast A big step up from Jaboulet s La Petite Chapelle, this is on a par with some of Jaboulet s past efforts. It s richly concentrated, yet nuanced, with notes of blood and mineral added to ripe cassis fruit and accented by hints of vanilla and spice. The tannins form an almost creamy texture in the mouth, and the finish lingers a good long time. Drink Chateauneuf Du Pape Chateau De Beaucastel 2009 Northern Rhone This wine is a blend of 30% Mourvedre, 30% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Counoise, 5% Cinsault and the rest a blend of Vaccarese, Terret Noir, Muscardin, Picpoul, Picardan, Bourboulenc, and Roussanne. This vintage is very bright ruby in appearance. A beautiful wine with power, intense aromas of black fruit and chocolate. A vibrant wine with great balance. It is a solar wine worth waiting for. Chateau St Cosme Gigondas Hominis Fides 2012 Southern Rhone Saint Cosme - located north to the village of Gigondas - is the most ancient estate in the region The famous limestony sands left by the Miocène sea are marvelous and enigmatic at the same time. They give to the grenache grape a very special expression, very refined and precise. The 2012 Gigondas Hominis Fides has a masculine, structured and almost burly profile. Underbrush, black raspberry, crushed rock, pepper and black licorice are just some of the notions here and it hits the palate with full-bodied authority and richness Beaujolais & Burgundy Macon Rouge Domaine Dupre 2014 Maconnais Refreshing flavours of red cherry, strawberry and a touch of dark candied raspberry. This light-bodied wine is smooth with soft, elegant tannins. Mercurey Domaine Agnes Dewe 2011 Cote Chalonnaise This wine is elegant and delicate, with aromas of red fruits and flavours of ripe black fruits and cherries. Fleurie Millesime Cave de Fleurie 2014 Beaujolais VN This wine is bursting with ripe red berry fruit flavours. It is soft and fresh, with delicate light tannins. Morgon Chateau Moulin Favre 2015 Beaujolais Aromas of cherries and cooked fruits, a complex nose with spicy notes and a rich, well-structured palate. Gevrey Chambertin Benoit Stehly Domaine Lignier 2014 Cote de Beaune V Beautiful colour, with an intense nose, of blackcurrant and small red and black fruits. The wine is powerful and structured, with a good balance between firm tannins and soft jammy fruits, as well as a good acidity level

6 Bordeaux RED WINES Chateau L Eglise 2014 This wine has intense aromas and flavours of ripe plums, cherries and vanilla. There are also hints of rich damson and mulberry. Full-bodied, with a rich mouthfeel. Larose de Gruaud 2012 St-Julien A luscious and seductive red wine, with aromas and flavours of cassis and blackcurrant, with hints of cedar and liquorice on a long finish. Chateau Viramiere Grand Cru 2011 St-Emilion A rich smooth red, full of aromas and flavours of red fruits. Medium-bodied, with fine, savoury tannins and a pleasant finish. Chateau Fleur-Pourret Grand Cru 2008 St-Emilion This wine has flavours of ripe grapes and wooded liquorice, with ripe tannins, with that classic cigar box characteristic. Chateau Cantenac Brown 2004 Margaux In 1968 it was sold by the well known Bordelaise, Jean Lawton to the Du Vivier family, then in 1980 to the Cognac house of Remy-Martin and then finally to AXA, the insurance conglomerate. The density of the plantation is 8,500 vines per hectare with plantings of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Fully mature, this medium bodied wine serves up more secondary notes of tobacco and wet forest floor than red fruit. Chateau Batailley 2007 Pauillac Named after a bataille that was fought here between the French and English (who else) 600 years ago, Batailley has once again lived up to its reputation of offering good value, early drinking, quintessential Pauillac. Made from 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot, its toasty, ripe plum and cedar nose leads on to a palate with vivid cassis and raspberry fruit, creamy vanilla oak and a lovely long finish. Chateau Clinet 1996 Pomerol Château Clinet is one of the most prestigious estates of the Pomerol wine region, set amongst the finest parcels of this well-known plateau. The saturated plum/purple colour is followed by an aggressively oaky nose with scents of roasted coffee, blackberries, and prunes. It is somewhat of a freak for a 1996 Pomerol given its richness, intensity, and overripe style. Medium-bodied and powerful. Chateau Ormes de Pez 2008 Saint-Estephe Owned and made by the Cazes family of Lynch Bages, this is a consistently good wine and one of the best of the Crus Bourgeois of Bordeaux. 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 39% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot with ageing in 50% new oak. Ormes de Pez is definitely on the rise. Big, structured and mouth-filling with intense dark fruit but with a creamy, raspberry twist. Sweet cassis in the middle and super-ripe tannins. Chateau Gruaud Larose 1989 St-Julien Robert Parker notes, The 1989 is a standout wine. It displays wonderful definition on the nose, with hints of sandalwood, Provencal herbs, white fennel and a touch of mint. The palate is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, demonstrating a tad more composure than the 1990 with good weight on the linear finish. I like the control here, the sense of finesse. Drinking perfectly now. Chateau Talbot 2000 St-Julien The vineyard area of Chateau Talbot is on fine gravelly rises which are well drained. The distribution of red wine grape varieties is 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Wine Spectator - Beautiful aromas of raspberries, Indian spices, crushed flowers and berries. Full-bodied, with a solid core of ripe fruit and silky tannins. Long and delicious. A very fine and pretty wine. Best Talbot in years

Castillo Viento Rioja Crianza 2012 Spain V / VN Medium-bodied & elegant, this wine has intense aromas of mellow fruit and spicy wood. Smooth, rounded & well-balanced, the palate has more savoury berry fruit and peppery spice flavours, with hints of vanilla. Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Nicolis 2009 Italy V / VN This deep, complex red wine has aromas and flavours of flowers and ripe red fruits, accompanied by hints of forest floor and leather. Full-bodied and elegant, this wine has a powerful long finish. Chianti Castellani 2014 Italy V / VN Medium-bodied floral red with violets and cherry blossom bursting into bloom on the nose. The palate is fresh and racy with a fine weight of crisp red and black fruit, cinnamon spice and ripe, savoury tannins. Castillo Clavijo Rioja Reserva 2010 Spain V / VN This Reserva is aged for up to 24 months in French and American oak casks, giving this wine real complexity, with ripe mature fruit, lots of spice and vanilla oak flavours. Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Prugneto 2013 Italy Fruity, smooth, and intense, this full-bodied red wine has aromas and flavours of cherries, plums and warm spices. It has a fresh finish, and a long subtle aftertaste. Rosso di Montalcino Castello Banfi 2014 Italy V / VN This is a complex wine with delicate notes of jam, plum and dark cherry as well as some subtle notes of liquorice, tobacco and leather. It has a powerful and persistent finish. Vietti Dolcetto d Alba Tre Vigne 2014 Italy This red wine has intense aromas and flavours of red fruit, with notes of almonds on the finish. Riva Leone Barbera 2014 Italy A medium-bodied, soft red wine, with red cherry and vanilla flavours alongside more herbal notes. A lovely lingering cherry finish New World The Paddock Shiraz 2015 Australia Rich fruits on the nose, including plums and red berries, which carry through onto the palate, with a good ripe tannin structure. Alto Bajo Merlot 2015 Chile This red wine has Intense aromas and flavours of ripe plums, sweet spices, coffee and chocolate and delicate smoky notes. It has a soft and smooth texture and a pleasant finish. Valdivieso Pinot Noir 2012 Chile Bursting with morello cherry and raspberry aromas underlined by smooth and ripe flavours. Medium bodied with a lovely structure. Ventisquero Pangea Syrah 2011 Colchagua Valley, Chile Intense dark red colour, with violet tones. This is a wine with fruity aromas, such as blackberries and blueberries, while minerals like graphite, very typical of Apalta soils, which are granitic and many minerals like iron and quartz. The palate is a wine with black fruits and spices like black pepper and firm tannins. Craggy Range Te Muna Road Pinot Noir 2012 New Zealand Deep red, with an almost blackish tint. The aromas are brooding yet inviting, characterised by black cherry, with hints of flowers and tarry notes. Silky on the palate, flowing to a long, spicy finish. Tilia Malbec 2015 Argentina This medium-bodied, easy-drinking red wine has aromas and flavours of plum, blackberry and dark chocolate, with hint of pepper and spice. Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel 2013 USA Bring out the big guns! Aromas and flavours of ripe blackberry, blueberry and raspberry accompanied by warm spices, a smooth mouthfeel and a refreshing finish. Lorosco Reserva Carmenere 2015 Chile Plush and full bodied, this wine offers the nose and palate an array of blueberry, plum and oak-softened cassis fruit Magnum

8 New World Continued RED WINES Journeys End Huntsman Shiraz Mourvedre 2013 South Africa V / VN With a deep ruby colour, this is a generous and fruity wine with aromas and flavours of forest fruits, cassis and blackberries. There are also subtle hints of green bell pepper and eucalyptus on the long finish. Vergelegen V 2009 Stellenbosch, South Africa The nose is complex, showing blackcurrants, red cherries, cedar wood, lead pencil and cigar box aromas. These develop in the glass and are joined by raspberry, black cherry, spice and a hint of gaminess. On the palate the wine is concentrated but elegant, with fine-grained tannins. Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Merlot 2012 Australia V / VN Attractive with bright crimson and ruby red hues. This medium bodied wine has a bright aroma of dusty blackcurrants, plums and some violet floral notes, concentrated black brambly berry fruits on the palate. Penfolds Cellar Reserve Tempranillo 2010 McLaren Vale, South Australia Each vintage is created from blends of company owned or grower vineyards depending on where the best fruit is. It s this way of working that elevated the company to the global superstar it is today. This oaky Tempranillo has flavours of berries and black olive. It has a firm finish with prominent, ripe and round tannins. Penfolds RWT Shiraz 2011 Barossa Valley, South Australia Aged in 51% new oak, all of which is French, the deep purple-black coloured 2011 RWT Barossa Valley Shiraz reveals a gorgeous, black fruit and warm blueberry nose enhanced by violets and pepper notes with hints of tree bark and earth. Medium to full-bodied with a great amount of expressive flavour framed by firm, grainy tannins, the oak pokes out a bit on the long finish DESSERT WINES 100ml Valdivieso Eclat Botrytis Semillon cl Lontue Valley, Chile Lovely honeyed grapefruit with some gentle candied lemon on the nose. Very intense on the palate with some good natural fruit sweetness and vibrant acidity. Royal Tokaji Late Harvest cl Hungary V / VN Elegant and fresh with flavours of ripe citrus and tropical fruits accompanied by honeyed undertones. A long finish. Els Pyreneus Maury Grenat cl Perpignan, France This is a deliciously sweet red wine. It is full-bodied and rich with intense flavours and aromas of dried red fruits, chocolate and coffee. A perfect partner for chocolate or cheese. Chateau du Levant Sauternes cl Bordeaux, France Open fruity nose with botrytis and apricot notes twinned with honey flavours. Well balanced in the palate without being overwhelmed by richness. The length is characterised by a fruity and vanilla finish Wines on this list may contain sulphites, egg or milk products.
