10 Integrated Efficiency requires Advanced Facilities System to optimize energy and reliability performance Facilities Systems (FMS) link all energy measurements, alarms, and maintenance functions within a facility One approach to FMS is to leverage an advanced Enterprise Asset (EAM) solution to also support Integrated Efficiency Through FMS, the baseline of each asset is documented and can be diagnosed through an analytic engine to optimize performance Aggregation of energy usage and maintenance activities across assets will support condition based maintenance and root cause analysis of energy savings FMS will need to work closely with existing Energy Systems (EMS) to get energy/demand information for assets 10
