ITINERARY DAY 1 SIEM REAP - ARRIVAL [-/L/D] Transfer from Siem Reap airport to hotel. Visit the magnificent South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch at local restaurant. Discover Angkor Wat until sunset. Option: Angkor Museum National Museum with a complimentary drink Angkor National Museum takes pride in revealing the royal historical path of this Golden Era of Khmer Kingdom through the state of the art multimedia technology to provide visitors a full picturesque story of the legend in an easy understanding way. After visit, enjoy a free drink at the Museum Bar. DAY 2 SIEM REAP [B/L/D] Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Banteay Srey and Banteay Samre temples. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit Preah Khan, Neak Pean and Ta Phrom temples and view the sunset from Prè Rup temple. Visit Theam s House For more than 10 years artistic director of Artisans d Angkor, Theam has launched a new project that includes training a team of artisans-apprentices, as he is now embarking on a new creative journey of his own paintings. As an artist-designer, Theam is one of the few overseas educated Cambodians involved in helping to revive the Cambodian craft sector since After receiving a sound artistic and technical education at the École Boule where he studied interior design and graphics, then at the prestigious École des Beaux-Arts de Paris, he returned to his native country to be reunited with those he had left behind.
