2 Welcome To The Cronulla Hotel Thank you For Taking The Time to Download Our 2014 Brochure. In it we hope to show you around, tell you little about our Hotel and Hopefully make you decide you want to stay with us. We Are a 50 Room Family Run Tourist Hotel situated in the Quiet Resort of Kalamaki in Zakynthos GREECE. The CRONULLA HOTEL is a short 5 minute Taxi Ride from the Airport. Although we are close to the Airport, under local regulations which protect our famous Caretta Caretta Turtles, there are no night flights. And Airport Taxi s Have their fares set by the Island s Council, so it s a fixed price to get here. All Our Rooms have double glazing to keep out the noise and as an option there is air-conditioning and safe deposit boxes for the use of our guests. Please ask in Reception. At CRONULLA Hotel, we have the second largest pool on the Island of Zakynthos and our guests are invited to use it and the Pool Facilities Free of Charge. Our Bar is well stocked selling only Internationally Recognised Brands. There are over 100 different Spirits and 20 different Beers to choose from. Please have a look around and we look forward to seeing you. Season: We are open from the 1 st May to the 31 st October 2014 Rooms: All Rooms are a standard Twin or Double Room with en-suite facilities and kitchen. Extra Bed: We have triple rooms & cots available, please contact us for price and availability. Stays: We can offer you rooms on a Daily and Weekly Basis. Board Basis: All prices quoted are for Bed & Breakfast from Our Cooked or Continental Breakfast Menu. Currency: All Prices Are In EURO s Voltage: 240v but don t forget your adaptor. 3 Hotel: CRONULLA HOTEL was built in 1999 and is centrally located in the quiet resort of Kalamaki, very close to the longest beach in Greece in the beautiful Bay of Laganas. Gently sloping sands and clear blue waters make it ideal for families with children. Zakynthos is also famous as the nesting place of the Caretta-Caretta Turtles. We are a family run 50 Room Hotel offering our customers a warm and friendly welcome. There are 50 Family sized Rooms here on three floors. But don t worry we also have a lift. All the facilities you need are right here. Bar, Snackbar, Phones, Fax, Internet. Safe Deposit Boxes and Air-condition available in all rooms Come and stay whether it is for Relaxation or Getting About to see the island. We have something for everyone. 4 Pool: Fancy a dip? Ours is the second largest Pool on the Island of Zakynthos, we are very proud of it. We maintain it to a very high standard to ensure that our guests can enjoy it and the facilities as often or a little as they choose. We need 560 tonnes of water to fill our pool which is being constantly circulated and filtered to offer you a safe and comfortable experience. The Pool meets and exceeds all European Standards for Health & Safety. And while you re here check out the Jacuzzi We also have a small pool for the little one s now with safety barriers. Or choose what you fancy from the Breakfast Menu which we serve util 11am. The Weather is Very Kind in May and October with an average daily temperature of 25 degrees. 6 The Bar: This is the Social Centre of The HOTEL. Just the place to relax and meet up with friends or just sit and watch the world go by. We have over 100 different spirits to choose from and world famous beers for you to enjoy at very reasonable prices. In fact cheaper than you pay at home. At CRONULLA HOTEL, you can be assured that we do not use any substandard spirits, we only use world famous brands which you know. There is Free WiFi in the Bar & All Public Areas for our Guests. Or you may prefer one of our famous Cocktails, there s plenty to choose from. For Your Entertainment, Watch out for our special promotions, Barbeque Nights and even Karaoke...it's real good fun. 7 The Snackbar : The Snackbar is open every morning from 08:30 to serve Breakfast. Choose from a Full English Breakfast, Continental Breakfast, Greek Breakfast or whatever takes your fancy from the Breakfast Menu. We are then open upto 10pm serving all types of Hot & Cold Meals, Burgers & Sandwiches. You may also order Food at the Bar if you wish. 8 Look Out For Our Special Plates and Meal Deals the Table For Two The Table For Two For 2014 As part of out commitment to our customers, we now offer an 'Upgrade' Package to include our 'Table for Two' Deal. Everyday, there will be a different Plate on the Menu and it will offer exceptionally Good Value when compared to Restaurants. Please note, this is an upgrade and must be selected at the time of making your booking. We are not able to offer this upgrade on an 'ad hoc' basis. Plat de Jour for Two People, A Salad and Half Caraffe of House Wine Just 15 euro per day for Two People Here s Some Examples from The Menu Moussaka is a meal made by layering eggplant with a spiced meat filling then topping it off with a creamy bechamel sauce that is baked to golden perfection. Pastitsio sometimes spelled Pastichio, is a Greek and Mediterranean baked pasta dish including ground beef and bechamel sauce in its bestknown form. Bifteki Greek Burgers made from Ground Beef with Herbs & Seasoning served with Chips & Salad and some Tsatziki Stuffed Tomatoes Tomatoes stuffed with Ground Beef & Rice, then delicately baked using Olive Oil & Herbs Keftedes Greek Meatballs cooked with Herbs and Spices Beef Stifado Lean Beef Slowly Cooked In a Wine & Tomatoe Sauce

9 Rooms : All Our Rooms are Light & Airy. Having been built in 1999, they meet the new European Requirement of being at least 25 square metres. In fact our rooms if you include the en-suite bathroom are 30 square metres. So there s plenty of room for everyone. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchenette area with Kettle so you can make your morning tea or coffee to enjoy on the balcony. There s also a fridge to keep your Water, Beer or Wine cool and even a cooking ring in case somebody feels adventurous. All our rooms have more than adequete storage with built in Wardrobes, Bedside Cabinets and a Dressing Table. Air Conditioning is available in all our rooms for those Hot Summer Nights and we also have safe deposit boxes for your valuables in every room. Please ask in Reception. Most Rooms Have a Pool View, but for the few who do look inland, the hills are nice to look at. Housekeeping will clean your Room every other day and provide Clean Towels and Bed Linen. All Rooms have a Private Balcony.
