Density varies from 22kg to 50kg/m3. Extruded Polystyrene has high thermal and water resistance properties, providing uniform density distribution, dimensional stability, very high compressive strength. Manufactured by state - of - the - art computerized extrusion machines according to international norms and standards, Roofmaster boards are made in a continuous skin surface and developed into a closed cell structure. This process allows high thermal resistance and superior water resistance properties. Roofmaster provides the uniform density distribution, dimensional stability, very high compressive strength, aging resistance, and also immunity against insects, pests, bacteria, and rodent attacks. It also provides good physical properties and long- term performance. 50cm x 100cm x 50mm C o r k B o a r d Insulation Corkboard is a natural product obtained by expanding Cork granules into blocks under high pressure and temperature, o C bonded by the cork s natural resin. After steambaking the blocks are cut to required sizes. This board has excellent acoustic and thermal insulation characteristics due to a great number of minute interconnected air cells formed by its interwoven fibres. A softboard with a thin yellowish pine pup layer applied to one board face during the wet lap formation manufacturing stage. It takes excellent properties from the two major contents, wood and cement. It is light, flexible, easy to work with, and has low heat conductivity like wook. It is durable, and weather resistant, safe from termite and fungi, and fire resistant like cement. It is from coarse fibres and shot due to its mineral composition. Application: Roofs and side walls of commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural buildings and poultry farms. Trend mineral fibre acoustic ceiling tile is the answer to better acoustics whose special feature is its excellent sound absorption quality and sound attenuation. It is highly durable & cost effective and has great aesthetic value. In addition it is very easy to install and requires no extra painting/decoration post installation. S I L E N T - E 8.5 mm x 1 metres x metres SILENT -E is a range of products developed for floating floors and together with a suitably designed system notably reduces the sound of footsteps on floor levels and trafficable coverings. The material is supplied in rolls and consists of a waterproofing layer coupled to an open cell polyester felt layer. The special compound and non woven polyester making up the product are formulated to reduce the sound of foots acoustic energy as heat making it possible to use the membrane even at very low temperatures thanks to the plasticity of the bituminous membrane. The waterproofing layer not only protects the sound resilient element from mechanical stress when the cement slab is cast but on completion also protects the system from water infiltration.the smooth polyethylene sheet to finish is easy to clean during laying. It is available in various forms like Loose Wool, Preformed Mattresses, Slabs and Pipe Sections bonded with thermosetting resin conforming to IS, ASTM, BS, JIS, DIN standards. All the forms of Rock Wool are incombustible, fire retardant, moisture resistant, chemically inert, neither cause nor accelerate corrosion, durable and do not sag and settle, are colourless friendly to handle and easy to apply. It also resists the spread of flame to any material which it covers. 60 x 120 x 5 cm Density: 30KG/M3, 35KG/M3 I n t u m e s c e n t S t r i p Intumescent Strip provides a basic intumescent seal for fire rated metal and timber door leaves and frames. It is also ideal for general gap filling in buildings eg. suspended floors, soffits and ducting. It can be fitted under door hinges, locks and closers. Intumescent Strips are ideal for new build and retrofit applications. Intumescent Strip is supplied in a continuous coil to minimise wastage and is quick and easy to fit as no special tools are required.
