Follow the instructions that were provided you in the attachment. Immediately return the lock box key to the lock box and close it after retrieving your key from inside. If you have any problems, please contact SOWEGA-AHEC (229) After hours, please contact Melissa Brown at (678) or Patti Shellhaas at (229) Please contact Abbey Lake Leasing Office at (229) at least 1 week before your arrival to let them know the approximate date/time of your arrival. At that time, you will arrange a date/time to complete on-site paperwork required by the apartment complex. AHEC HOUSING POLICY By accepting AHEC housing support, you are agreeing to abide by the Student Housing Agreement & Policy. Violations may inhibit your using our housing in the future. No smoking or candles allowed. SOWEGA-AHEC is not responsible for your personal property while it is on the premises. Contact the Abbey Lake Leasing Office at (229) or the SOWEGA- AHEC Office at (229) to regain admittance. There will be a $25 lost key charge for each key that is lost. All trash must be taken to the dumpster and trash CANNOT be left outside your door. It is your responsibility to notify AHEC ( ) regarding any other maintenance issues. There is no cleaning service provided. Please be courteous to your roommates and keep your belongings picked up. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS DEPARTURE INFORMATION Clean out ALL of your items from the refrigerator and pantry. Remove ALL trash from the house and place in outside dumpster. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. A vacuum, broom, dustpan and mop are provided for you to use. Do not move furniture from room to room. If you are the last person to leave the house, please set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature and turn off all lights. Lock all windows and exterior doors. Place the apartment key on the kitchen counter and make sure the spare key is in the lockbox as you found it. A fee of $25 will be charged for each key not returned to its proper spot on the day the apartment is vacated. KEY PICK UP LOCATION An envelope will be waiting for you at the Switchboard (next to the Information Desk) at the main entrance of the hospital. It will include directions to the apartment, information about the apartment, and two copies of a Residential Agreement form that need to be completed and returned to Ann Bishop. IMPORTANT: WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN WITH ANN BISHOP AT ARCHBOLD MEDICAL CENTER OFFICES AT THE CORNER OF HILL AND 910 SOUTH BOARD STREET (ENTRANCE IS ON HILL STREET) IN ORDER TO COMPLETE REQUIRED HOSPITAL PAPERWORK.
