1 MÉXICO GOLF TOUR México Golf Tour is an independent, private organization, dedicated to the impulse and promotion of the professional golf in Mexico, endorsed by the Mexican Golf Federation and the Mexican PGA. 2 I. Memberships A. Eligibility to the Tour México In order to be a member of the México Golf Tour, the player must sent the inscription application to the Committee so it can be approved, and cleared to pay the corresponding payments. México Golf Tour reserves the right of admission. When a player becomes a member of the Tour, he might access the official purse record and his earning will be included in the Merit s Order. If a player plays a Tour s event before becoming an eligible member, his earnings will not be included in the Merit s Order with the exception of the first 3 stages. B. Members Players (males) who are registered to México Golf Tour and cover all the mandatory payments are considered members. Under this classification, the players might participate in all the tournaments sanctioned by the México Golf Tour, as long as there are no debts towards the Tour or problems rewarding the host Club. The members might obtain the reciprocity benefits with other Tours or organizations witch México Golf Tour manages to arrange negotiations. BENEFITS FOR MEMBERS. 1. Right to compete for a purse of 1, 500, per stage. 2. Prize to the Merit s Order First Place at the end of the tour for 150, pesos 3. All the players that go through the cut, cash a prize, according to the purse and position table. 4. The 8 best players of the MGT s ranking to the date of the Mundo Maya PGALA event will obtain direct invitation to participate in said event. 5. The Litibú and Acapulco stages are labeled as development PGA TOUR LATINOAMERICA stages. The first 5 places of these development stages, will have the right to participate in the Equator Development final, which will give cards to became members of the PGA TOUR LATINOAMERIA. 6. The tour will have a very wide media broadcast, National and International. As a result, the participants will tally with a magnificent exposure as support for their professional career and sponsorship opportunities. 7. MGT will provide the meals (Breakfast y Lunch) in the host clubs, in addition of transportation from the Host Hotel/ Club and Club / Host Hotel, the tournaments days with no extra cost for each player. 8. Access to group rates y the Host Hotels, in each stage of the MGT.

3 C. Non-Members Players (males) who only registered for one or a few events of the México Golf Tour and don t submit the annual payment, are considered non-members. Under this classification, there is no guarantee that the players might participate in the selected tournaments sanctioned by México Golf Tour. México Golf Tour reserves the right of admission. D. Other Members The players (males) that for there golf trajectory or actual status, are considered by México Golf Tour: sport ambassadors in México. Such players must have Mexican nationality. The requirements for this classification are: be under some classification of the PGA TOUR, European Tour, Web.com Tour, PGA Tour Latin America. E. Special Guests Players, both male and female, that participates in a tournament by the México Golf Tour, by strict invitation only. F. Membership Termination A member of the México Golf Tour will no longer be a member if: A. Renounces and notifies México Golf Tour by writing. B. Failure in applying or paying the shares inside the period stablished by the Tour. C. Failure to pay a disciplinary fine, during the period established by the Tour. D. Declined membership. E. Rejects the rules by México Golf Tour. F. Commits a fault considered by México Golf Tour, as serious.

4 II. Tournaments A. Format The Tour s official tournaments will be stroke play, with 54 holes as official competition with a cut at the 36 th hole. Official rounds are programed from Friday to Sunday. B. Inscription Fee The inscription fee of an official Tour s tournament, are the following: Inscriptions A. Member $2,700 pesos or usd B. Non-Member $3,800 pesos or usd C. Amateur $3,800 pesos or usd Everything related to inscriptions must be send to inscripciones@mexicogolftour.com.mx s to other address will not be consider valid. The inscriptions to the tournaments will be accepted in the order in which they are received, taking in count the following restrictions: A. Inscription from the Tour s Members Member s Compromise The Tour s member must send his inscription formulary before the inscription s time limit, along with a payment voucher. Verbal commitment is forbidden and thus invalid. Member s Preferential Deadline 5:00 pm México s Central time. Tuesday prior to the week of the event. The field will be determined by the following criteria: 1. Members with the inscription fee, paid by the preferential deadline of each tournament. Members will be introduced to the field according to their ranking. The second criteria for introducing a member to the field, is the date and time at what the inscription is received for each event. Any member that does not reach a place in the field when the deadline is reached will be added to the waiting list. 2. Special guests will be determined by the Mexico Golf Tour. 3. Inscriptions of members and non-members will be determined by the date and time that they were received. 4. Amateurs that wish to take part in the event and that are accepted by the MGT.

5 5. The field will be declared full, the moment that 66 players are accepted. The twelve remaining spots will be for special guests determined by MGT. Afterwards; all the received applications will be added to the waiting list. The waiting list will be downloaded, according to the criteria mentioned in the points 1 through 4. B. Non-member Inscription to the Tour The non-members of the Tour may enroll to tournaments once the deadline for preferential members has passed and will only have from Wednesday to Friday at 5:00 pm México Central time, the week prior to the event.. C. Registry The event s player must register on Thursday (official practice round) in the Tour s offices. The registry hours will be: from 9:00 a to 5:00 pm. Any player that doesn t register, won t fulfill his inscription and might be out of the event. D. Cancelations A. Cancelations Deadlines Any cancelations must be before the inscription deadline. There will be no refunds for retirements or cancelations prior to the deadlines. B. Cancelation Procedures prior to the Deadline The player must notify his cancelation via mail, to the offices of México Golf Tour. It is responsibility of the player to verify the cancelation s reception. Cancelations by phone will not be considered official. C. Cancelation Procedures after Deadline The player must contact and notify the Directors of the Event about his cancelation, otherwise the player will be subject to a fine. The player s inscription is not refundable. D. Retirement-Injury In case of injury or medical disability, the event s player may retire before or during the tournament. The event s player must notify his retirement as soon as possible to an Event s Director. The tour may ask for a medical letter, in order to verify that the player cannot continue playing the tournament. E. Retirement- After the First Round An event s player may retire from a Tour s event, without any penalization, after completing the first round, delivered his signed and notified score card and notified the Tournament Director.

6 F. Postponed Tournaments and Events affected by Climate In case of a force-major event, derived by weather s inclement, an event may be postponed or shortened to 36 holes, or even 18 holes. The Organizing Committee will make these decisions. F. Sport Performance With the objective of supervising the sports quality and integrity of the Tour, MGT will reserve the right of admission to the tournaments by the following criteria: A. Non-Competitive Score México Golf Tour will not accept the inscription application to a player that returns a non-competitive score in any of the Tour s events. B. Amateurs Will be able to attend the events of MGT, as long as they follow the succeeding points: Maximum handicap of 3, certified by the FMG. 15 years old as minimum. Must obey MGT s rules. G. Fees A. Members 2015 The members must pay $6,000 pesos or usd.. This amount is not refundable. Members of the PGAM will have a 10% discount off the Members fee. B. Deadlines for Converting to member with the right to have earning accredited in the first 3 stages. The players must sent their application before Friday, September 18 th Those players that did not send the enrollment formulary and their voucher after this date, will be considered non-members with no right to accredit their earnings. If a player wishes to convert to a member after that date, his earnings will count since his inscription date. H. Payments A. Memberships Transference or bank deposit.- BANK BBVA BANCOMER
