Review of the regulations regarding exempt employees, overtime issues, dual employment and other wage and hour issues related to school boards. Program will include the funding of the ETF and calculations for the Foundation Program, transportation and other state funds. Session will include an overview of the local revenue sources available to school districts. Objective is to insure participants understand the funding mechanisms for their districts and how they are allocated.
