I began supplying a range of high quality hair and beauty products to meet the demands of the industry, and soon saw myself heading a highly successful conglomerate called the Nazih Group. Our high profile technical and management team consists of some of the finest minds in the beauty industry. From the organisation s head office in Sharjah, UAE, the team oversees our operations in the MENA region. Close interaction across all levels of the organisational hierarchy, complemented by continuous management training help sharpen skills and keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Over 1500 highly trained and extremely dedicated professionals that currently make up the Nazih Group include sales staff, hair, beauty and nail technicians; product engineers and technicians as well as logistics personnel. Diverse, yet integrated, the team ensures that our varied high-quality products are satisfactorily delivered to our clientele in all our markets. Likewise, men from the region have a strong tradition of meticulous personal grooming. Consequently, purchase of reputed beauty products is remarkably high compared to other parts of the world. The Nazih Group was established to meet this incessant demand. Today, we are the acknowledged market leader in 15 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and in many instances, are the sole distributors of a number of high profile brands. Our 100 showrooms and offices are strategically located within the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait The customer database of each branch is comprehensive enough to provide input regarding sales forecasts, customer visit schedules and training requirements of the technicians. Distribution fleet We provide distribution services to our clients across different geographical areas through our fleet of 500 vehicles. Warehouses From our headquarters in Sharjah, UAE, we control 24 stateof-the-art warehouses that are evenly distributed all over the MENA region. The warehouses cover a combined area of 50,000 square metres. We have spared no expense in implementing a highly technical stock control system that is also centrally operated from our headquarters. Stock is managed and accurately tracked using professional management systems and control mechanisms. The system enables any of our sales teams to access current stock and availability of products at a glance. Logistics Our management relies on an automated logistics system that connects all branches with our showrooms and warehouses. This is supported by a sophisticated ERP ( database) system that is instantly updated on each transaction. The system enables us to predict future client requirements, and ensure availability of products throughout the year.
