I worked on a committee with members of the College of Business and the Athletics Department to help with marketing the transition to Division I, July Southern Living Magazine. Kimberly Hughston, MBA student, and I conducted a focus group about magazine readers use of social media for Southern Living magazine, April State Farm. Jeremy Britten, UNA Web Communications Manager, and I delivered a presentation about Social Media Marketing to State Farm agents at the Agents- 2-Agents Annual Group Study at the Northwest Alabama State Farm Field Office, October Keep the Shoals Beautiful. I was a consultant for this organization. My role was to help come up with ideas to promote the cause, Robbins Charter Air Service. This was a feasibility study conducted by myself, Jeremy Stafford, and Keith Malone for Ed Robbins about the possibility of starting a charter air service from Muscle Shoals to various regional destinations. Jeremy and I were responsible for the survey of local business people, data analysis, and the market analysis report. Keith and I presented the final recommendations to Mr. Robbins, October Northwest Alabama Regional Airport. I participated in an advisory board for the Muscle Shoals Regional Airport for one year. I developed a plan to promote the airport to UNA students.
