If you decide to do the cruise only, please begin with Day 5 where you get on the ship after arriving from USA. Day 1 September 8, 2015 (Tuesday): Fly from Atlanta to Los Angeles to Tahiti * We will fly from Atlanta to Los Angeles on Delta Airlines by personal booking. We will fly from Los Angeles (LAX) to Papeete, Tahiti on Air Tahiti with Paul Gauguin Cruises * We will know the flight itineraries the middle of October, * Flight time from Atlanta to Los Angeles is approximately 4 ½ hours. * Flight time from Los Angeles to Tahiti is approximately 7 ½ to 8 hrs. This is an overnight flight. Day 2 September 9, 2015 (Wednesday) : Tahiti to * Arrive in early morning to Tahiti * Transfer from airport to port and catch 40 minute ferry to the island of. * is what Michener called Bali Hai. * Check into the InterContinental Resort and Spa A beautiful lanai room is included with the pre-tour but you are welcome to upgrade to an overwater bungalow for an extra charge. * Today is yours to relax, get over jet lag, and enjoy this glorious location. The shore, the beaches and the lagoon are so beautiful. The hotel sits right on the beach area. * Lunch and Dinner are on your own. Gherry and Leland have suggestions for some quaint little places to eat in close walking distances from the hotel. * Overnight at the InterContinental Hotel. Note: If for some reason we do not arrive until late today, we will stay at the InterContinental Tahiti Resort and Spa for the night and then travel to the next day for a 2 night stay rather than a 3 night stay. We will know this once the airline flights have been released.

2 Day 3 September 10, 2015 (Thursday): The island of was formed from a volcano about 2.5 million years ago, and it seems fitting that such a magical place would be formed by something so dramatic. * Breakfast buffet included at our hotel. * Today you may choose to just enjoy being in paradise and relaxing at our beautiful resort; or you may wish to enjoy a trip on a motorized catamaran, which takes you to the amazing Opunohu and Cook s bays. You may wish to snorkel, pat sting rays or just enjoy the island life of learning how to open coconuts and savoring the wonderful island dishes. Just a note - If you feel inclined to do so - you can rent a car to drive around the island yourself. Albert s Car Rental is just across the street from the InterContinental. * Lunch on your own - Note - There is a little grocery across the street from the InterContinental Hotel. This could save you a little money for lunch. * Dinner on your own. * Just to add a little note here about great little local places to eat dinner - (1) The Mayflower (2) Tipanier (3) Crocod lle (4) Aito * Also, you can save money by going for the snack menu after 2:30 PM at our hotel. * Overnight at the InterContinental Hotel Day 4 - September 11, 2015 (Friday) : Enjoy your last day on before we return to Tahiti to set sail on our beautiful ship, the Paul Gauguin. Please remember that you will return to for anchoring overnight while on our cruise. * Breakfast included at our hotel * Today you may wish to relax and just enjoy your really marvelous opportunity to soak it all in on this glorious island! You are not on any time schedule. :-) * If you feel very energetic and want to get out and about you can opt for an ATV tour of the natural wonders of. You can check this out at the ATV office across the street from the InterContinental Hotel. * Lunch on your own * Afternoon free to enjoy as you wish. * Dinner on your own or you may wish to immerse yourself in Polynesian culture by experiencing the Tiki village. It is a reconstruction of an ancient Polynesian village with tattoo artists, weaving demonstrations, sculptures and a room dedicated to Gauguin, the famous French painter who lived the last part of his life in Polynesia. You may wander round the village while the Tahitian sand over cooks your traditional dinner. While enjoying dinner you will be entertained by local musicians and costumed dancers. * Overnight at the Intercontinental Hotel Day 5 - September 12, 2015 (Saturday): Embarkation on Paul Gauguin Take Ferry Back to Tahiti - Embarkation on the Paul Gauguin in Papeete, Tahiti Sail at Midnight * Breakfast included at our hotel * Take 40 minute ferry from to Tahiti * Board our beautiful ship, the Paul Gauguin * Lunch on the ship

3 * Relax, unpack and explore this glorious ship. * If you wish to walk around the port area, there is a multitude of kiosks and open trucks selling various items and souvenirs. Usually there is also musical entertainment. - There is open seating so you may sit at whichever table you choose and with whomever you like. * Be sure and enjoy the sunset from your balcony or the outside terrace of our ship. Glorious!! * 12:00 Midnight - Set sail for Huahine, Society Islands, for our voyage through paradise. Day 6 - September 13, 2015 (Sunday): Huahine Arrive 9 AM depart at 5 PM Huahine is known as the Garden Island for its lush rainforests and dramatic terrain.. Look out and see a beautiful sunrise on the horizon. * While here, you might explore by way of Le Truck the island s sacred sites and legendary landmarks as Maeva, that are among the best-preserved archaeological remains in French Polynesia. Also marvel at the beautiful scenery of Maroe Bay as you explore this little island. * To open your eyes in wonder, you may choose to feed the island s sacred giant blue-eyed eels in the capital village of Faie. * There is always opportunity to enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving in unique lagoons, or just enjoy a picnic on the beach. * 5:00 PM Set sail for Taha a Day 7 - September 14, 2015 (Monday): Taha a & Motu Mahana Arrive 9 AM depart at 5 PM Today you have the opportunity of enjoying two locations - the island of Taha a and the private Gauguin island of Motu Mahana. * Taha a has the nickname of Vanilla Island because of its constant rich aroma of vanilla. In fact, the Island boasts a full 80% of all Tahiti s Vanilla production. Therefore, before you venture to Motu Mahana, you may wish to take a lovely tour of a small family plantation and learn about the farming and cultivation of this amazing spice. * Another stop is to visit the Motu Pearl Village where you will learn about the creation of the Tahitian Black Pearl. * Transfer from our ship to Gauguin s private island adjacent to Taha a for a fabulous buffet barbeque and time to enjoy this marvelous day. Gauguin will provide a Tahitian cooking class and Polynesian entertainment along with your choices of volleyball and all water sports as you enjoy the white-sand beaches with swaying palm trees, crystal-clear waters and gentle breezes. How about just swinging in a hammock on the beach!! * 5:00 PM Set sail for Bora Bora.

4 Day 8 - September 15, 2015 (Tuesday): Arrive 8 AM OVERNIGHT Bora Bora Immediately recognizable by Mount Otemanu rising from the ocean, this half-atoll, halfmountain is surrounded by a spectacular lagoon and a series of smaller islands. Ancient Polynesians called it Parapora, or firstborn, because they thought it was the first island created after Raiatea. * Breakfast on ship * Today is your day in paradise. There is so much to see and do on this island. * The snorkeling and scuba diving are phenomenal * Try the exciting experience of Aqua Biking or the adventure of Underwater Walking with a dive helmet or taking an exhilarating Waverunner around the island. * To see this glorious island you have other options as a fun-filled Le Truck tour or the offroad adventures on a Land Rover. * For a more relaxed adventure, you may enjoy the Lagoon Cruise in a traditional outrigger canoe with a Polynesian feast included, a glass bottom boat ride to see the colorful world of the lagoon, or a beautiful sunset cruise by jet boat around the island. * OVERNIGHT IN BORA BORA How wonderful is that!!! Day 9 - September 16, 2015 (Wednesday): Sail at 6 PM - Wednesday Bora Bora * Today you have time to enjoy more of the shore excursions that you did not get to yesterday on this magical island. * Remember that you have access to all the water equipment of the Gauguin marina at no extra charge. There is the kayak, paddle boarding and wind sailing. So much fun!!! * 6:00 PM Set sail for. Day 10 - September 17, 2015 (Thursday): Arrive at 8:00 AM for OVERNIGHT Graced with an abundance of fresh fruits and flowers, spectacular mountain peaks, peaceful multi-hued lagoons, and palm-ringed beaches, boasts an awesome beauty that is unsurpassed. It is said to be the model for Michener s Bali Hai. * Today you are jumping for joy because you are returning to the paradise of. * If you missed it on Bora Bora, you may wish to try the Underwater Walk or get in your snorkeling or scuba diving in fabulous island locations. * For those of you into hiking, there are hikes from 2 hours to 4 hours through the agricultural areas or the lush mountains. All is so beautiful! * For the golfers - yes, there is golf with all equipment included at the Green Pearl Golf Course.

5 * On the less physically challenging side, there is a lovely dolphin-watching expedition * A botanical and agricultural walk to see s exotic plants, trees, fruits, and flowers and learn about their uses makes you appreciate even more. * A scenic drive around the island to see the spectacular pineapple fields where the pineapples are said to be the most delicious in all of French Polynesia, ancient temples, little villages and a photo stop at the Ia Ora lookout point makes for great, memorable photos. * The beach is ever calling if you wish to just relax OR how about just enjoying our beautiful ship for the day. * OVERNIGHT IN MOOREA Day 11 September 18, 2015 (Friday): Sail at 5 PM for Tahiti to Tahiti for Overnight Enjoy a second day in the island paradise of. * You have one last day to enjoy anything you wish. There are excursions you have not had the time to enjoy, we are sure. Explore more of this peaceful oasis. Perhaps you will choose to trek on the Trails of the Ancients or snorkel one of the world s most beautiful lagoons. * Make the day very busy or just relax and enjoy the marvelous memories you have made on this glorious trip. * 5:00 PM Cruise to the home port in Papeete, Tahiti. * 7:30 PM Arrive in Tahiti for docking OVERNIGHT - You may enjoy wandering the waterfront where all the artisans and kiosks are located to really get a feel of Tahiti. Day 12 September 19, 2015 (Saturday): Disembark in AM Papeete, Tahiti * Disembark our ship this morning. * We will either go directly to the airport to catch our flight to Los Angeles or we may have to wait until the afternoon to catch our flight. We will know this the middle of August, 2014 when airline schedules are released. If we have to wait until the afternoon, Gauguin is paying for each of us to have a day room at the InterContinental Resort & Spa until we leave for the airport. * Transfer to the airport for flight to Los Angeles on Air Tahiti thru Paul Gauguin This will be an all day flight or an overnight flight Day 13 September 20, 2015 (Sunday): Flight Home * Arrive in Los Angeles and change planes for flight on Delta Airlines to Atlanta WHAT A FABULOUS TRIP TO PARADISE!!
