Avid extreme temperature changes D nt install until building is enclsed, painting is cmplete, and temperature/humidity are similar t cmpleted, ccupied building. PREPARATION WORK Prir t installatin, stre materials fr 24 hurs minimum in area f installatin t achieve temperature stability. Perfrm installatin as late as pssible in the building prcess after any dust generating activities have been cmpleted. Install grid in accrdance with grid installatin instructins. INSTALLATION / ERECTION Plan rm layut prviding equal brder widths n each side f rm, in bth directins. Cutting Panels: ***The sanitary panels can be easily field cut since they d nt cntain fiberglass r ther irritants *** Using a utility knife and straight edge, scre the finish side f the panel. Bend panel at the scre mark and snap apart. If grid cvers are used, install them prir t installing panels. Refer t RP Grid Cver installatin instructins. T cut panels t fit irregular perimeter edge trim, measure distance between t-bar centers, r between the t-bar center and clsest edge f wall mlding. Cut with a circular r table saw. Use hle saw t cut penetratins fr recessed light fixtures, sprinkler heads and ther cmpnents. Utility knife: Use utility knife by scring finished side and breaking away excess. If hld-dwn clips are used, reach ver the installed panel and snap ver grid members. Remve all debris frm space abve the ceiling. Prtect ceiling frm subsequent cnstructin activity. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURES Vacuum r brush panels t remve dust. Clean with any husehld cleaner, but avid slvents r lacquer thinner. Spray detergent nt clean rag and wipe.
