2 The purpose of this memorandum is to set out the different investment vehicles (regulated, lightly regulated and unregulated) that Luxembourg offers to foreign investors such as private equity investors, real estate investors and hedge fund investors. We have drafted hereafter a comparative table outlining the main features of the different investment vehicles.
