Operation to be on the following basis: 1. Vehicles must comply with any TfL and London Boroughs Directions/ Orders that may be applicable to the particular street where the hotel being served is located. 2. Passengers being picked up at these hotels are advised to wait outside the hotels at prearranged times so as to ensure a minimal vehicle dwell time.
