5 Happy travels Dear passengers, We enter into 2015 with expectations and plans for growth in the number of passengers and the introduction of new routes at the two airports we operate - Alexander the Great in Skopje and St. Paul the Apostle in Ohrid. After the achievement - of over one million passengers at Skopje Alexander the Great Airport in 2014, which was a major milestone for us in less than five years since we started operating the airport, we commence this year with even higher expectations for the development of air traffic in Macedonia. Besides the existing 27 destinations in Europe that we connect you with - Istanbul, Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Vienna, Zurich, Dusseldorf, London, Venice, Rome, Ancona, Izmir, Milan, Malmo, Eindhoven, Basel, Dortmund, Munich, Dubai, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Berlin, Frankfurt, Brussels, Paris, Cologne, Dubai, in 2015 we expect to launch six new destinations from Skopje and two from Ohrid, and to increase the number of existing flights. 11 TAV IN BRIEF TAV Airports is a success story built on the accumulation of knowledge, experience and creativity gained in airport operations, one of the world s most challenging sectors. TAV s history started in 1997 with the tender for the Istanbul Atatürk Airport International Terminal. TAV Airports Holding was established as a joint venture between the Tepe and Akfen groups, who won the tender. Having grown to become a great success story within a very short period of time, TAV soon became a global brand in airport construction projects as well as airport operations; a brand new area, thanks to its know-how, highly skilled human resources and advanced technology. Having gone through a restructuring process in 2006 in line with its goals, TAV re-organized its operational and construction activities under TAV Airports Holding and TAV Construction. Following this re-structuring process, TAV Airports Holding was opened up for public offering in February In May 2012, 38 percent of TAV Airports shares was sold to Aéroports de Paris. 12 BEFORE FLIGHT BE PREPARED LIQUID RESTRICTIONS FOR HAND LUGGAGE All cabin luggage on international flights from Skopje and Ohrid International Airports are subject to liquid restrictions as required by the Civil Aviation Agency. The restrictions in place for liquids, gels, aerosols and similar substances in hand luggage are as follows: Each liquid amount in hand luggage must not exceed 100 ml. The total amount of liquid must not exceed 1 liter and must be carried in 20 cm x 20 cm sealed transparent bags. Each passenger is allowed to carry only 1 bag. Prescribed medicines in original packages and baby food are exempt from liquid restriction. All liquid commodities purchased from Duty-Free stores must be carried in special sealed bags together with their receipts. Please do not open the sealed bags until arriving to your final destination. Please note that if you have a connection flight within the European Community or The United States, carrying any previously purchased Duty-Free products over 100 ml as a hand luggage (even in sealed bags) is prohibited. TRANSFER/TRANSIT PASSENGERS Passengers who come through our terminal and have international connections can utilize the services available at the terminal and the two designated transfer/transit zones, in accordance with the condition of their flight hours. MEETING POINTS There is a designated meeters/greeters point at the terminal building of Skopje Alexander the Great Airport. Please check the airport map for the location of the arrivals area. PASSENGERS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY (PRMS) Services and facilities provided at Skopje Alexander the Great Airport to make your journey easier: Passengers with reduced mobility have priority check-in. Wheelchair ramps are provided at all sidewalks. There are designated parking spaces for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility in front of the main terminal building close to the entrance Specially designated toilets are available at all areas within the terminal. 12

13 VISA PROCEDURES Visas are obtained from the embassies or consulates of the destination countries. Each country may have different procedures regarding information and documents required. LOST LUGGAGE The Lost & Found service is located after the passport control in the arrivals area, right to the baggage claim area. In case of mishandled baggage, passengers should immediately approach the Lost & Found office presenting their airplane ticket and checked baggage tag numbers, where property regularity report for the mishandled baggage will be made. In case the baggage arrives damaged or some items from the baggage are missing, the passenger is obliged to contact the Lost & Found Service in order to file a damage property report. From the beginning of 2015, The Lost & Found Service, is offering two news services: - Lost personal items in an aircraft and/or in the terminal building Lost property; lostproperty@tav.aero - Leaving the baggage or other items for custody Baggage custody The Lost & Found Service is handling all airline companies operating from Skopje Alexander the Great Airport. 14 TRANSPORTATION TRANSPORTATION - BUS Bus transport is available every day from the city of Skopje to Alexander the Great Airport and vice versa, during the entire year. Transport is organized according to a predetermined timetable and it has three stops along the route: 1. Holiday Inn Hotel 2. Transport Center 3. Capitol Mall Municipality Aerodrom 4. Alexander the Great Airport The timetable is adjusted in accordance with the airport flight timetable and the latest version is available at the website of Skopje Alexander the Great Airport: The price per one-way ticket is 150 denars. 18 CAR PARK Skopje Alexander the Great Airport has its own parking lot with 1,200 marked positions for cars and 6 marked positions for buses. The procedure for issuing such a card requires that passengers present their vehicle registration card directly at the payment booth at Skopje Airport and sign an agreement for use, which is also prepared at the payment booth. This procedure can be done every day from 8:00 until 20:00. As of 2015, new parking service will be implemented on the Skopje Airport - automated payment with three automated machines - one inside the terminal building and two at the car park. Payment can be done with cash and credit cards also. The parking fee for up to 24 hours parking at Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport is 1 EUR= 60 MKD. Prices stated here may be subject to change. 20 CHECK-IN & SECURITY DEAR PASSENGERS, FOR A PLEASANT JOURNEY: You are recommended to check-in 3 hours prior to international flights. Please ensure that you have your ticket, valid passport and ID with you when coming to the airport. It is obligatory for all passengers, including children and infants, to present their ID during check-in procedures. Please contact the relevant airline for information on the number of bags allowed and weight limitations as baggage restrictions may vary for each airline. Please ensure that your passport has a valid visa for your destination country, if needed. You are recommended to place a label on your luggage displaying your full name, telephone and address. 32 CARGO OPERATIONS The Cargo Operations is a department for cargo services at Skopje Alexander the Great Airport. Our clients are airlines, freight forwarders, sales agents and road carriers. For all of our airline clients, we prepare cargo and provide documentation and physical support at the Cargo Operations in Skopje, since we have concluded agreements with them on the basis of standards for cargo ground service, air traffic safety regulations and the requirements of customs legislation. The Cargo Center offers services for receiving and handling shipments from passenger and cargo aircrafts, and truck transport services for aircraft shipments and other items. 33 CAPACITY AND EQUIPMENT The Cargo Centre occupies a covered storage area of 3,000 m², and possesses equipment for handling air cargo, as well as equipment for loading and unloading aircraft. We are equipped with rooms and chambers for storage of special types of goods, such as perishable shipments, dangerous and radioactive materials, valuable and other shipments. The capacity of the Cargo Centre can meet the demands of even large air cargos. We have a high-security system (24 hour video supervision) and information centre that ensures exceptionally high quality of our services.
