13 Special Pricing Agreements (Ship & Debit) The concept of the promotional pricing is to enable the end customer to get a discounted sales price enabled by a three part promotion. 29 Delivery Stock deliveries (Picking lists) or acquisitions from supplier (Purchase proposal/order) are automatically stopped until the prepayment has been fully finalized (This happens if the setting Delivery stop is activated on the customer order type). Stopped deliveries gets Delivery status = 03 (=CO stop) and stopped planned purchase orders will get Warning message = U. After the prepayment has been fully paid and finalized, the delivery is automatically released by resetting the fields for Delivery status and/or Warning message. 48

54 Inbound Tracking and Recieving Problem: Many companies deal with deliveries that come consoldiated in boats, trucks e.t.c. Tracking / reporting of an inbound shipment or bill of lading was very hard as today it works very much delivery note based Solution: The supplier delivery note screen ( PPS360) now is configurable and can track, Transport ID BOL, delivery but also gives the capability to: : Advise, Transport notify, Receive, Reverse on single and aggregated (shipment ) level. Benefits: Follow up capability, efficient reporting, less prone to errors. 98

80 Shipment Loading Shipment loading is performed as the last step of the outbound process. Loading can be performed on pick line, pick list, package, shipment package and delivery level. Loading is performed e.g. by specifying the package you want to load and the dock/door where the truck is located which you want to load. Transportation planning (shipment planning) can be carried out before loading starts, but can also be performed ad-hoc. When loading is completed the shipment is closed and ready for issue. 138
