Research and Development 1. Co- investigator of the research work for which 6 lakhs rupees has been granted by Indian Space Research organization under the RESPOND. The project duration was 2 years and had completed successfully. The outcome of the research is a pressure transducer based on conducting polymer. 2. Developed a novel technique for DC bus communication system for transferring commands to many slave units from a master through the DC power line. (Applied for patent in US). 3. A prototype development center was set up in college of Engineering, Cherthala to develop lab equipments. Already designed and prototyped Programmable power supplies, Function generators and a microcontroller development kit. 4. Set up a Skill Development Research centre at Regional centre of IHRD at Edappally.
