5 MEET FAS LADIES NATASA SPASOJEVIC: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Worked in Zastava February 2010: started working in FAS as Outbound Operations Manager July 2013 promoted to Supply chain manager She likes working in FAS because of possibility that company is giving for the professional growth ensuring the development of the employees and working in equal opportunity environment. ALEKSANDRA RANKOVIC: COMMUNICATION MANAGER November 2012: stated working in FAS as Communication Manager She likes working in FAS because there is something special about it- the sense of pride in building and representing the brands that people love in Serbia, as well as throughout the world, and also possibility to make the most out of ourselves as a company and as individuals. IVANA KNEZEVIC: WCM MANAGER April 2010: started working in FAS as Project manager August 2012: promoted to WCM support manager She likes to work in FAS because FIAT values are her own values: the employee is respected, working standards are high and hard work and devotion to job is recognized and awarded. MARINA BOSKOVIC: ASSEMBLY SHIFT MANAGER Worked in Zastava February 2010: started working in FAS as Supplier Quality Specialist March 2011: changed position to Technology Department Coordinator August 2011: promoted to Process Improvement Manager November 2013: promoted to Assembly shift manager 6

7 MEET FAS LADIES SLADJANA STOJKOVIC: BODY SHOP SUPERVISOR January 2012: started working in FAS as team leader December 2012: promoted to Supervisor She likes working in FAS because she has possibility every day to gain new experience and knowledge and improve herself. ANA MARIJA CONSTANCE DELIC: ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR March 2012 started working in FAS as team leader, August 2013 promoted to Supervisor She likes working in FAS because of team spirit and sense of belonging to successful team, made of different players, but still with good collaboration which has as the result quality car which we proudly make. NATASA TIMOTIJEVIC: ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR September 2011: started working in FAS as team leader October 2012: promoted to Supervisor She likes working in FAS because company offers possibility to develop yourself, meet other cultures and implement your own ideas. 11 FAS Summer FAS summer organized for employees children aged from 5 to 11 More than 500 children participated Organized after school period, in FAS premises Children spent one week in FAS, engaged in numerous workshops, sports, language lessons and similar 11

12 FAS babies FAS has prepared the gift for the babies, employees new born children Gift consists of useful things for the baby Special gifts are branded shirt, cup with sign The youngest FIAT family member 12

13 Cars for wedding FAS is giving availability of car with a driver to employees on their wedding day Luxury car of FIAT group are available: Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Lancia Delta, Fiat 500L Up to now, we had more than 70 couples who were driven by our car on this special day We had also 3 couples in which both are FAS employees 13

14 Sports activities for women FAS is organizing a lot of activities, including women and motivating them to participate FAS has agreements with gyms and sports centers for discount FAS is giving to its employees tickets for sports events FAS is participating in FIAT sports games every year 14

15 Cultural activities for women FAS is organizing a lot of activities, including women and motivating them to participate FAS is giving to its employees tickets for events in cinema, opera and music festivals FAS encourages women to take part in different cultural events 15
