Successful delivery, installation and configuration of equipments are to be completed as per client s requirement at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace & Sustainable Development (MGIEP & SD) at 35, Ferozshah Road, New Delhi (Please refer Scope; Clause B; Page 1 of the bid document). The backup software required is Symantec Backup Exce, V-Ray Edition with the required number of server Agents and Dedup support.(specific software is mandatory). The description of item No. 7 of Financial Bid (Part-II ) of Bid Document are as follows: Supply & Installation of 19 (U Rack with glass door & other accessories as cable manager 1, PDU 5 AMP, Hardware packets etc. Complete Clause No. 9; Duration has been modified as below: The equipments covered under this invitation are required to be delivered & installed at Consignee s place within 45 days from the date of start of work. The date of start of work shall be considered from 7 th day from the date of issue of Purchase Order. No credit will be given to earlier deliveries. Bids in which bidder has stipulated to complete the assignment beyond 45 days will be summarily rejected. - The revised Financial Bid Part II; Annexure Q is attached with this Addenda. 1
