3 DHEEVARA HINDU NADAR Note 1: Inclusion of Register numbers in the list is purely provisional subject to the scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of register number in the short list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List. Note 2: The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage. Note 3: The candidates who have secured 26 (Twenty Six) marks and above are included in List I for by transfer recruitment (Category No: 50/2010) and the candidates who have secured 50 (Fifty) marks and above are included in List II for by transfer recruitment (Category No:51/2010) Note 4: For Direct recruitment (Category No:52/2010) candidates who have secured 68 (Sixty Eight) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists. Note 5: SC/ST Candidates included in the Short List for Direct Recruitment are required to produce 2 (two) copies of the Community Certificate issued by the revenue authorities for producing before the Public Service Commission and the candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List are required to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O (P) No. 117/08/SC/STDD dated or GO (P) No.81/09/SC/STDD dated along with the documents mentioned above. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the above mentioned community/non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as open competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists, their register numbers will be deleted from Short List without further notice (P T O)

4 Note 6: Candidates whose register numbers included in the short list are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, i.e., date of birth, community, qualification and other benefits, if any, to which they are entitled, to the Under Secretary, GR II C Section, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace PO, within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification. The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course. Note 5: According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking/photocopy of their answer scripts within 45 days from the approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification for this post.
