9 International risk and pension solutions from the Rofenberg Employee Welfare Foundation The pension guarantee for your expatriates The Liechtenstein-based Rofenberg Employee Welfare Foundation provides a reliable global solution for your expatriates. This pension concept is based on the Swiss occupational benefits model and offers you maximum decision-making scope backed by a full guarantee from AXA.
