Previously Director of Training at AccessData, Rob has over a decade of experience developing Digital Forensics and Decryption training programs for the global digital investigations community. Rob is a regular presenter at premier international digital forensics conferences and events including HTCIA, Department of Defense Cyber Crime, F3 Annual Conference and Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. Craig Ball Trial Lawyer and Forensic Technologist Craig Ball is a Board Certified trial lawyer, certified computer forensic examiner and electronic evidence expert. He s dedicated his globetrotting career to teaching the bench and bar about forensic technology and trial tactics. Craig s practice is as a court-appointed special master and consultant in electronic evidence, as well as publishing and lecturing on computer forensics, emerging technologies, digital persuasion and electronic discovery. John Bargiel Director of Technology, Nuix John Bargiel brings his diverse experience in IT troubleshooting, infrastructure and solutions from the banking, litigation, and health care industries. Before Nuix, John worked with CT Summation/AccessData group managing the client services team and enterprise-level technical support issues. John combines his strong background in IT, systems administration and database management skills to help drive Nuix s quest for innovation. Simon Bayangos Director of Technical Services, Nuix Simon Bayangos is Nuix s Director of Technical Services and an ediscovery veteran, who brings two decades of leadership and technical experience to Nuix s technical services team in North America. Simon has solved complex ediscovery and unstructured data problems for Nuix customers and partners across the country and worldwide. He has worked in information technology since 1994 and in ediscovery since James Billingsley Senior Solutions Consultant, Nuix James Billingsley has seven years experience in computer forensics. He has considerable experience as a senior computer forensics investigator providing expert witness at magistrates and crown courts in the UK. He has also worked as part of a security investigation and assessment team as a Breach Investigation Consultant leading PCI forensic investigations. James is a Relativity Certified Administrator and working as an ediscovery Consultant he has supported legal reviews hosted on the Relativity platform as part of continuing major global investigations. Angela Bunting Director of User Experience, Nuix Angela Bunting is responsible for significant product management and customer experience initiatives, including the management of Nuix Technical Support, Documentation, Certification, Quality Assurance and Go To Market plans. Angela is an experienced technical manager across multiple platforms and has more than 15 years experience in the Australian litigation support industry. USER EXCHANGE

He has worked as a consultant with clients and partners to implement defensible ediscovery workflows using Nuix software. Jason also provides high-level technical support and delivers training for the Nuix ediscovery Specialist Certification Course. Stuart Clarke Director of Investigation Services, Nuix Stuart Clarke is an experienced consultant who has provided expert evidence in civil and criminal courts and across different jurisdictions, including the Technology and Construction Court. Before joining Nuix, Stuart was Head of Forensics and Technical Operations at Millnet and previously Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group (formally 7Safe). In these roles Stuart operated across digital forensics, ediscovery and information security, and managed a diverse team of consultants. Mike Dejopopompak Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, Nuix Mike Dejopopompak is an ediscovery and digital forensics expert. Previously Director of ediscovery at Inventus (formerly known as Teris), Mike managed large scale forensic collections, built customized ediscovery workflows for Fortune 500 corporations and developed proprietary IP utilized in processing automation. At Nuix, Mike works across training, product demonstrations, operating procedure documentation and client management. Jaime Florence Director of Collection Technology, Nuix Jamie Florence manages the Nuix Collector and Enterprise Collection Center in California. Prior to joining Nuix, Jaime was the Founder and CEO at MicroForensics. Jaime s performed computer forensics, ediscovery examinations and expert testimony in both civil and criminal cases for law firms, corporations, the US Department of Justice and the California Highway Patrol. Early in his career, Jaime was a Lead Test Engineer at multiple software companies and internet startups. Matthew Geaghan ediscovery Consultant, Nuix Matthew Geaghan joined Nuix in 2010 from one of London s leading litigation support providers, providing consultancy, training and technical support for Nuix s European partners. He has worked extensively on ediscovery projects and investigations with high-profile clients, including the UK government and top-tier corporations around the world. After spending a year at Nuix headquarters in Sydney, working with the product management team for the Nuix Web application suite, Matthew has moved to New York to focus on Manhattan s ediscovery market. Craig Guymon Senior Sales Engineer, Nuix Craig Guymon is an experienced sales engineer and technical account manager with an IT and criminal justice background. Previously Federal Technical Account Manager and Federal Sales Engineer at AccessData, Craig worked with Federal Governments and State Law Enforcement to architect, install, and demonstrate products for digital investigations and digital forensic labs. Craig is also a registered private investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 6

7 SPEAKERS Michael Lappin Director of Archiving Technology, Nuix Michael brings more than 10 years archive sales engineering experience to the Nuix Intelligent Migration Team. He is an expert in Symantec Enterprise Vault and has worked on some of the industry s largest and most complex archive migrations. Lee Meyrick Director of Information Management, Nuix Lee Meyrick is Director of Information Management at Nuix. He has worked for more than a decade in planning and implementing data discovery and compliance systems and advising organizations how to use ediscovery techniques to retrieve information from unstructured data. Lee has extensive experience with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and discovering high-risk data for remediation. He has also trained organizations on using Nuix for corporate investigations and ediscovery. Chris Pogue Senior Vice President for Cyber Threat Analysis, Nuix Chris Pogue has 14 years experience in digital forensic investigation, having worked with Trustwave SpiderLabs, the IBM/ISS X-Force incident response and ethical hacking teams and the US Army Signal Corps. Over the past decade, Chris has been a cybercrimes investigator, law enforcement and military instructor, and delivery director. Chris s deep forensics expertise and experience across thousands of breach investigations are a welcome addition to Nuix s growing cybersecurity team. Eddie Sheehy Chief Executive Officer, Nuix Eddie Sheehy has been the CEO of Nuix since 2006 overseeing the commercialization and growth of Nuix on a global scale across 50+ countries. Born and educated in Ireland, he has 20+ years international and domestic experience in high growth finance and technology businesses. David Sitsky Head of Development, Nuix David Sitsky has been at Nuix since the company began in David s extensive experience in the development of complex operating systems and large-scale parallel computing have been instrumental in both the development of Nuix software s high performance characteristics and continued expansion of a highly-proficient development team. Stephen Stewart Chief Technology Officer, Nuix Stephen Stewart joined Nuix in 2008 and is responsible for leading the evolution of Nuix s software. He is currently driving the development of Nuix s information governance and big data solutions. Stephen has more than 15 years experience working with both public and private sector organizations, designing and providing solutions for their , file, document management and archiving systems. Andy Ward Technical Account Manager & Systems Engineer, Nuix Andy Ward brings 15 years of applied IT and management experience from corporate, legal and software industries. At Nuix, Andy manages the technical relationships for our key advisory and ediscovery accounts. Andy specializes in technology and legal account management, cross-functional strategy, e-discovery consulting and lecturing, database and systems design and analysis, technical triage and incident management. Jason Wells Sales Engineer & Custom Developer, Nuix Jason Wells brings over seven years experience in programming within the litigation support industry. Jason has worked on the automation of numerous litigation support and ediscovery tasks that are still used today. In his role at Nuix, Jason consults on client projects and develops workflow solutions using the Nuix API, yielding huge gains in productivity for our clients. Jason is skilled in C#/.NET, Ruby and Java programming languages. 8
