GC4040 (HC) P40 (P25 P50) Coated carbide grade for toughness demanding operations in steel milling. Also very suitable for small batch production of mixed materials. Works well both with or without coolant at low to medium speeds. GC1025 (HC) P10 (P05 P20) PV-coated carbide grade for light milling of steel. In combination with perifery ground inserts first choice for sticky materials e.g. low-carbon steels. CT530 (HT) P20 (P05 P30) Cermet grade for light milling operations mainly without coolant.
