The hotel revolves around a unique tree-filled garden, its centrepiece being a specially commissioned bronze sculpture by Tony Cragg. Alongside the hotel s 91 individually designed bedrooms and suites are 24 residential apartments, 13 personally selected retail stores and an airy restaurant and bar with outdoor dining and drinking. There is a sumptuous drawing room and library as well as the Soholistic Spa and Gym, 190 seat theatre, several spacious private dining and event rooms including an original 1950 s bowling alley. For hotel guests there is a rooftop garden with sweeping views of the London skyline. Ham Yard Bar & Restaurant The restaurant at Ham Yard offers all day dining from a frequently changing menu, revolving around the freshest seasonal ingredients. The light and airy restaurant features floor to ceiling Crittall doors opening up onto the hotel s terrace, offering a further 50 seats for outdoor dining. The food at Ham Yard Bar is made up of small plates and is all about mixing, matching and sharing. The cocktail menu includes signature and sparkling cocktails and tailor-made martinis, all using homemade ingredients including syrups, bitters and tonics.

2 HAYMARKET HOTEL 1 Suffolk Place, London, Situated in the heart of the theatre district next to the Haymarket Theatre Royal, the building was designed in the 1800 s by John Nash, the legendary architect who designed Buckingham Palace. There are 50 individually designed bedrooms and suites, drawing room, conservatory and a spacious restaurant and bar. There are several private event rooms including the spectacularly vast Shooting Gallery as well as a gym, beauty treatment rooms and an exotic 18 metre swimming pool complete with its own bar and lounge. Brumus Restaurant & Bar Brumus is a spacious sunny and bright restaurant and bar serving modern English brasserie style food. Executive Head Chef Robin Read has created a menu which has a strong emphasis upon fresh seasonal ingredients. It s ideal for pre and post theatre dinning or for afternoon tea and evening cocktails. THE SOHO HOTEL Opened in September 2004, this was the first deluxe hotel in London s Soho. The interior has been designed by Kit Kemp in a contemporary London style and comprises 96 bedrooms and suites, 6 private apartments, 2 drawing rooms, a bar and restaurant, two state-of-the art screening rooms (45/100 seats), 3 private event rooms plus a fully equipped gym with steam room and beauty treatment room. Refuel Restaurant & Bar REFUEL serves top quality modern international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and organic produce. The bar is always buzzing and offers a wide choice of hand selected wines, spirits and cocktails.

3 COVENT GARDEN HOTEL Situated in the heart of London s theatreland, the hotel is a short walk to the Royal Opera House, Soho and the City s business centre. There is an impressive drawing room with quirky furniture and vivid upholstery. The 58 bedrooms and suites are each individually designed and offer all the services that the modern traveller requires. There is a busy brasserie and bar, gym, beauty treatment room as well as two private event rooms and a 47 seat state-of-the-art screening room. Brasserie Max Brasserie Max sets the lobby scene at the Covent Garden Hotel. It s a relaxed and casual bar and restaurant. The menu is modern British and is ideal for pre and post theatre drinks and dinner. CHARLOTTE STREET HOTEL Opened in June 2000, Charlotte Street Hotel is situated just north of Soho. It comprises 52 luxurious bedrooms and suites, a restaurant and bar, gym, 75 seat state of the art screening room and 3 private event rooms.the interiors designed by Kit Kemp reflect her fresh modern English style. A Bloomsbury set theme has been used in many of the rooms and the drawing rooms are in the spirit of Bloomsbury painters Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant who were influenced by Matisse and some of the more colourful French painters. Oscar Oscar is a light and airy bar and restaurant that opens out onto vibrant Charlotte Street in the summer. Excellent modern English food is prepared in an open plan kitchen. Oscar features a long zinc pewter bar, and wrap around murals reflecting scenes of contemporary London life.

4 DORSET SQUARE HOTEL This beautiful Regency townhouse has 38 individually designed bedrooms many of which look onto the leafy private garden square which was originally the site of Thomas Lord s first cricket ground.there is a sumptuous guest drawing room with a fireplace and The Potting Shed bar & restaurant which is open all day long.the hotel is situated in Marylebone, one of London s most urbane and exciting residential areas. The Potting Shed Restaurant & Bar THE POTTING SHED is open throughout the day. The menu is inspired by the best of British cooking with some Mediterranean classics, using seasonal and locally sourced produce.there is a carefully selected wine and cocktail list and the restaurant can be accessed through the hotel or directly from the street. NUMBER SIXTEEN Situated in the heart of South Kensington, Number Sixteen forms part of a white stucco Mid-Victorian terrace with a beautiful private garden. There are 41 individually decorated bedrooms with views overlooking garden or white stucco buildings of Sumner Place. There are two drawing rooms and the sunny Orangery for guests to entertain, relax and unwind.

5 KNIGHTSBRIDGE HOTEL Situated in a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Knightsbridge, the hotel is a stone s throw from Harrods and the stylish shops of Sloane Street and Brompton Cross. Every room has been individually designed by owner/designer Kit Kemp in a modern English style, and is equipped with all the facilities expected by today s modern traveller. The rooms are fresh and many have views of the trees of Beaufort Gardens or the Knightsbridge skyline. HOTELS, BARS & RESTAURANTS NEW YORK CROSBY STREET HOTEL Crosby Street Hotel is situated in the heart of SoHo between Prince, Spring and Lafayette Streets. Comprising 86 individually designed bedrooms and suites over 11 floors, all featuring floor-to-ceiling warehouse style windows. Interior design by Kit Kemp reflects her individual personal style which is characterised by a fresh, contemporary and sometimes quirky look. There is a great emphasis placed upon colour and texture and the hotel features an impressive, personally selected art collection. The Crosby Bar The Crosby Bar stretches from Crosby Street at the front, to Lafayette Street at the back. It is a spacious room with high ceilings, long pewter bar, grey oak floors and tall warehouse-style windows which look out to the trees at the hotel s entrance and the garden on Lafayette. It has an altogether leafy, breezy feel with lots of light throughout the day.
