Look for a special white disc in packages of Star Wars Galactic Connexions discs available exclusively at select Walmart stores* and For the avoidance of doubt, Giveaway only applies to Star Wars Galactic Connexions packages containing a white disc redeemable for a 14-carat gold Princess Leia disc. By participating, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent) accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. 3. Prize Claim. Handprint on a 3 x5 card your first and last name, complete address (including city, state and zip code), phone number (including area code) and age. If you are a minor, also include the first and last name of your parent and your parent's address and phone number (if different from yours). Mail the 3 x5 card along with the original white disc to The Topps Company-Entertainment Division, ATTN: STAR WARS GALACTIC GOLD DISC PRIZE CLAIM, One Whitehall Street, 6 th Floor, New York, NY 10004, to be postmarked by February 1, 2016 and received by February 11, PRIZE CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED IF PRIZE CLAIM IS POSTMARKED AFTER FEBRUARY 1, 2016 AND RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 11, Topps recommends that you submit the prize claim via certified mail with proof of receipt, but this is not required. It is also recommended that you make a copy of the white disc for your records before submitting your prize claim. Prize claims become the sole property of Topps and will not be returned, nor will Topps confirm receipt of prize claims. 4. Winner Notification. If Sponsor determines that prize claim is valid, prize claimant (if a minor, his/her parent) is a potential prize winner in the Giveaway and will be notified by mail or phone. Potential prize winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where lawful)

3 within ten (10) days of date indicated on affidavit/release. If potential prize winner is a minor, his/her parent must sign and return affidavit/release on behalf of minor. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement; if potential prize winner cannot be contacted for any reason; if potential prize winner is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules; potential prize winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited without liability of any kind. 5. Prize Claim: Restrictions. All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor. A person who receives a special white disc in the package of Star Wars Galactic Connexions discs is not a potential prize winner unless and until his/her prize claim has been verified by Sponsor. If Sponsor determines, in its sole judgment, that the white disc is not valid (for example, white disc is irregular, damaged, altered, defaced, forged or tampered with in any way) or if white disc was not obtained in a manner set forth in these Official Rules, such prize claim will be rejected and Sponsor will have no liability or obligation with regard to such prize claim. White discs are void and will not be accepted by Sponsor if they contain mechanical, printing or other errors of any kind, and Sponsor will have no liability or obligation with regard to such white discs. If, for any reason, more than six (6) white discs are redeemed as valid prize claims, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible prize claimants to award only six (6) prizes. In no event will more than six (6) prizes be made available to be won in the Promotion. ANY UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. 6. Prizes. (6) Star Wars Room Makeovers. Star Wars Room Makeover may include toys, bedding, nightstand, dresser or other furniture and pillows. Exact items comprising Star Wars Room Makeover to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Cortney and Robert Novagratz may be involved in the Star Wars Room Makeover; involvement is subject to professional commitments and availability. If Cortney and Robert Novagratz are not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize will represent Sponsor s entire award to potential winners. Approximate value is $5,000 per prize. Star Wars Room Makeover items may be shipped separately. TOTAL APPROXIMATE VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $30, Additional Prize Restrictions. If prize winner is a minor, the prize may be awarded to or in the name of his/her parent, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. All costs and expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All taxes on the value of the prize are the prize winner s sole responsibility. Sponsor will report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service via an IRS 1099 Tax Form. The prize winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor with regard to its compliance with tax reporting requirements, including provision of Social Security Number via an IRS W-9 Form. Prize is not transferable without the written consent of Sponsor which may (or may not) be granted in its sole

4 discretion and without liability of any kind. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. But, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with an alternative prize of equal or greater value because of prize unavailability for any reason. There is a limit of one (1) prize per family/household/address. 8. Eligibility. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate families defined as parent, spouse, sibling or child) of The Topps Company, Inc., Walmart Stores, Inc., Lucasfilm, Ltd., LLC, and (as applicable) their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies ( Promotion Entities ) are not eligible to play or win a prize. 9. Limitations of Liability. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, delayed or illegible prize claims, No Purchase Necessary play requests or other Promotion materials or for postage due mail. Submission of materials (including but not limited to prize claims and No Purchase Necessary play requests) is the sole responsibility of the participant. Sponsor s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules at any time shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. If the Promotion cannot be conducted as originally planned for any reason (for example, riot, strike, natural disaster or fraud), Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such case, Sponsor will make the prizes available to be won in a manner which is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on and, to the extent feasible at Walmart stores in the 48 contiguous United States. Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion or these Official Rules, to seek to defraud Promotion Entities in any manner will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture (if applicable). In such case, Promotion Entities further reserve the right to take any and all necessary legal measures so as to protect their legal rights. 10. Agreement to Rules/Releases. By participating, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent) releases and agrees to hold harmless Promotion Entities, as well as the directors, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing entities, from any and all liability arising from participating in the Promotion, participation in any Promotion-related activity, or the receipt, possession, acceptance or use/misuse of prize. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner (if a minor, his/her parent) agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, photo, image, voice, biographical information and statements about the Sponsor, or other Promotion Entities or the Promotion for advertising/publicity purposes by Sponsor without further compensation or notice. 11. Dispute Resolution/Governing Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent) agrees that (a) any action arising out of the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be filed in the federal or state courts in New York County, New York State

5 and entrant (if a minor, his/her parent) agrees to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) any claims shall be resolved individually, not as part of a class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards arising out of the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), with all other remedies or relief (including any kind of damages) being expressly waived. The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, except for conflict of law/choice of law principles of New York State or of any other jurisdiction. 12.
