1 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PRINTING SERVICES FOR THE ARIZONA SPORTS FOUNDATION JUNE 2016 INTRODUCTION The Arizona Sports Foundation (Fiesta Bowl) is requesting proposals for qualified candidates for improvements to the Ziegler Fiesta Bowl Museum. All responses will be evaluated on the basis of price and the criteria listed below. ORGANIZATION The Arizona Sports Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by Arizona community leaders in Over the years, the organization has hosted more than 20 events annually to promote volunteerism, athletic achievement and higher education within the community. This year the organization will host the 46 th Annual Fiesta Bowl and the 28 th Annual Cactus Bowl. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The Fiesta bowl is seeking a printing partner for a variety of publication and collateral creation services related to various Fiesta Bowl events. All artwork and design will be provided by the Fiesta Bowl. 4 All responses will be evaluated by a selection committee, which will select finalists to attend an in-person meeting. Proposals may be submitted electronically in PDF format. Responses to this RFP will be considered confidential and not shared with anyone outside of the selection committee. All submitted materials will become property of the Fiesta Bowl and will not be returned. Proposal Content Please answer the following questions in your proposal to better provide us with insight into the capabilities, capacity and philosophy of your agency. Please tell us about your company and team: - Where are your corporate offices located? - What is the size and organizational structure of your company? - Who is on your leadership team? - Who will be a part of the Fiesta Bowl account team? - Approximately how many clients do you currently serve? Please tell us more about your company s work: - Describe your company s scope of capabilities - How many years of related experience does your agency have? - Please include a relevant client list and the number of years you have worked with them - Did you provide pro-bono work in 2014 or 2015? If so, how did that partnership work? Project Cost - Please provide the cost for services in a detailed itemized format per the instructions above. Be sure to include all applicable costs i.e. taxes, wages permit, etc. - Due to time sensitive and rush projects during the month of December that must be delivered within a short amount of time, please include any or all rush/overtime charges that would possibly be applied at the time of project. o Average time between sending final artwork and needing final product in hand is 2-4 days for Media Kit and Game Day Guides.

5 Please outline your recommended billing structure, including any pro-bono work or concessions that you are willing to provide. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Contractor and sub-contractor shall procure and maintain, until all of their obligations have been discharged including any warranty periods, insurance against claims for injury to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Contractor, his agents, representatives, employees or sub-contractor. The insurance requirements herein are minimum requirements and in no way limit indemnity covenants. Arizona Sports Foundation, Fiesta Events, Inc., Valley of the Sun Bowl Foundation and Arizona College Football Championship Foundation in no way warrants that the minimum limits contained herein are sufficient to protect the Contractor from liabilities that might arise. Proposer(s) shall provide coverage with limits of liability not less than stated below and name the following as additional insured; The Arizona Sports Foundation, Fiesta Events, Inc. and the Valley of the Sun Bowl Foundation. A. Commercial general liability occurrence form Policy shall include bodily injury and death, complete operations, product liability, property damage and broad form contractual liability coverage. (*additional coverage may be required depending upon scope of contract). General Aggregate $2,000,000 Products-Complete Operations Aggregate $2,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $2,000,000 B. Fire and extended coverage insurance Such policy must cover all equipment, materials, and other property placed in Foundation and insure all such property for the full value thereof. In the event that Contractor sustains any loss by reason of fire or other casualty which is covered or which could have been covered by such fire and extended coverage insurance policy, (excepting such fire or casualty caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omission or willful conduct of Foundation, its agents, representatives, or employees) then Contractor agrees to look solely to its fire and extended coverage insurance proceeds (if any) for the satisfaction of such casualty or loss. Contractor shall have no right of recovery against Foundation, or its agents, representatives, or employees. No third party shall have any right of recovery against Foundation, its agents, representatives, or employees by way of subrogation, assignment, or otherwise. Workers compensation insurance, employer s liability insurance, and all other insurance coverages of a similar nature or character applicable or relating to the employment by Contractor of its officers, employees, representatives, agents, or independent contractors to include disease coverage) Such policies must include coverage of no less than what is required by statute. C. Business automobile liability coverage Such policy must include coverage with a combined single limit coverage of no less than One Million US Dollars ($1,000,000) for all vehicles, whether owned, leased, or otherwise by Contractor.
