3 Properties Perfect for use in large kitchens, in catering, restaurants, etc.; heavy-duty plastic construction with double walls; 11 guides fitted to GN 1/1 containers of various depths; stackable; detachable doors for easy cleaning; profiled handles for easy transport. Use in accordance with specifications The unheated thermo transport container is intended only for storage and transport of cold, hot and deep-frozen food products. Setup of the thermo transport container Unpack the container and remove all packaging material. Ensure that all parts are present: - thermo transport container with door; - door seal. Wash the thermo transport container and door seal with a cleaning agent suitable for food service applications. Mount the door seal included as described below: - stretch the seal around the stabilizers. - check that the seal is properly mounted to avoid a reduction of thermal retention properties. NOTE! The thermo transport container does not seal hermetically! Mount the ventilation cover to the door by turning the valve located inside the container

Use in accordance with specifications The unheated thermo transport container is intended only for storage and transport of cold, hot and deep-frozen food products.

For transport time up to 3 hours, the following temperatures are recommended in accordance with the EN 12571:1998 norm: Food product warm Initial temperature above +75 C (for final temperature above +65 C) cold below +3 C (for final temperature below +7 C ) deep-frozen below -22 C (for final temperature bel ow -18 C) NOTE! To maintain the temperature of cold or deep-frozen products in the thermo transport container, frozen inserts may be placed inside the container. Inappropriate food products The following products are not appropriate for storage and transport in thermo transport containers: Warm milk-based food products; Carbonated drinks in bottles

5 Filling the thermo transport containers Prepare the desired food products, fill the appropriate GN containers and place them inside the thermo transport container. CAUTION! Do not place cookware and baking trays directly from the oven into the thermo transport container. Hot cookware may damage the container s surface. Leave the prepared food products to cool to a minimum temperature of 120 C. To achieve optimal storage temperature, fill the thermo transport container completely. To maintain temperature for as long as possible, the thermo transport container should be filled to at least 50% of capacity. WARNING! Risk of injury from door! When closing the unit, ensure that no body parts are located between the door and the transport container. When the container is filled, only open the ventilation cover in order to equalize the pressure inside the container. After filling up, close the door of the thermo transport container by means of the door lock so that it snaps into the groove provided on the housing. To avoid loss of temperature, do not open the filled thermo transport container longer than is necessary

Leave the prepared food products to cool to a minimum temperature of 120 C. To achieve optimal storage temperature, fill the thermo transport container completely.

6 Transport Before transporting the thermo transport container, close the ventilation cover. Carefully place the thermo transport container in an upright position in order to avoid mixing of food products. Carry the thermo transport container with the use of the profiled handles located on the right and left side of the housing. In case of using several thermol transport containers you can stack them on each other during transport. Ensure that the thermo transport container remains in a stable, upright position during transport. Secure the thermo transport container from shifting and tilting. Cleaning and maintenance Wash the inside and outside of the thermo transport container after each use. Remove the door seal before mounting the door to the internal wall. For easier washing, the door can also be detached from the transport container. Loosen the handles at the top and the adhesive at the bottom, then remove the wheels. Wash the door and door seal with warm water and a cleaning agent appropriate for food service applications, then rinse with clean water and dry. Re-mount the removed elements. Do not submerge the thermo transport container in water. Wash the inside and outside of the thermo transport container with warm water and a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse with clean water and dry the thermo transport container using paper towels. Do not use abrasive or harsh substances that may scratch the unit s surface. After washing, leave the door open until the thermo transport container is thoroughly dry. Replace the door seal not less than every 2 years. Repairs should be performed by qualified service personnel. Use only original spare parts

Carry the thermo transport container with the use of the profiled handles located on the right and left side of the housing.
