1 Campus Sexual Assault Resource List Pre-Conference Workshop: Redefining Our Approach to Sexual Assault Prepared by Linda Langford, Sc.D. Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse and Violence Prevention Sites with Links to Multiple Resources Higher Education Center -- Sexual Assault Resources The Higher Education Center's purpose is to help college and community leaders develop, implement, and evaluate programs and policies to reduce student problems related to alcohol and other drug use and interpersonal violence. National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) NSVRC is a national information and resource center for all aspects of sexual violence. The web site provides a range of resources on sexual violence including statistics, research, position statements, statutes, training curricula, prevention initiatives and program information. Victim Assistance Online Victim Assistance Online is a non-profit information, research and networking resource for victim assistance specialists and all interested in the field of victimology. Resources include links to online documents and organizations; various electronic mailing lists, and a virtual library. Sexual Assault Training & Investigations (SATI) SATI provides effective, victim centered, multi-disciplinary training and consultation regarding effective law enforcement approaches to the problem of sexual assault.
