2 Act as deputy HR Director to support the transition of HR organisation into the new framework and end-state organisation; Participation in full scope of operational HR activities (C&B, Payroll, Recruitment, Leadership development); Based on relevant professional experiences partner SCh in critical transformation from typical Russian framework into multi-national via partnership and engagement with senior on-site stakeholders (SCH & Logistics, Production, QA Directors); In collaboration with on-site SCh, Legal, Moscow CR and Labor relations management teams resolve on-site employee relations issues; In collaboration with Moscow core SCh team shape the Employee relations strategy of the Organisation; Integration cross-functional activities: Integration objectives proposal, agreement and sign off with respective senior managers according to the integration governance process; HR Integration resource planning in collaboration with senior managers, initiation of overall Functional Integration resources planning process and sign off of the total resourcing plan with the senior management; Control over the staffing process for the Integration; Propose, agree and monitor the personnel related expenses for HR integration team and support the functional Integration stream leads in the process of budgeting personnel related expenses for their respective teams; In collaboration with HR integration stream leads build up Integration stream plans with several layers of detailing (from high level milestone plans to detailed step-by-step plans with specified responsibilities split and detailed timing by week); Responsible for sign off and timely execution of HR Integration roadmap; In collaboration with HR BPs supporting the functions support development and agreement with senior management of HR component of Functional Integration plans; Support the Organisational Design stream and responsible for interaction with Internal and External clients when building functional organisational structures; Responsible for building up effective communication and collaborative framework with Transformation office / Steering Committee / any other governing body as per Integration framework; Preparation of the data and materials for HR Integration progress meetings; conducting HR Integration status update meetings; Preparation of data and materials for HR stream and participation in regular Integration progress meetings and monthly Steer Com meetings; Following internal processes and utilizing internal products to the fullest strive for constant improvement of HR Integration process effectiveness and support partner Functional Integration leads in leveraging the process in their respective streams; Based on the level of professional skills and competences follow any other orders of immediate manager aimed on Organization s business development.

Support Works Directors in delivering organizational blue-prints; Lead preparation and activation of HR stream plan; Support the stream leads in identifying the resource gaps and facilitate HR interfaces to close the gaps; Provide the framework for restructuring in line with Company s ER principles; SU transformation process support (closure of Baltimor factory) with no compliance issues; Change Management lead; Consult on issues related to strategy execution and change, talent management, performance management, employee relations; Ensure compliance and alignment of HR actions, policies and procedures within the transformation framework and legislation ОАО «Воскресенские минеральные удобрения» Deputy HR Director. General HR centralized reporting control/partially administrating; interaction with CO; monthly HR performance presentation for GM. Inviting bids for contracts: cleaning, catering.
