2 The Partner Program has been developed by Tecom Group Inc. It is a great possibility for any individual person or legal entity to earn additional income. The Partner Program is flexible and designed to meet requirements of most business people. It consists of two subprograms: Referral Partner Program (Referral Program) and Reseller Partner Program (Reseller Program). Referral Partner Program There are two ways of participation in the Referral Program, and several forms of remuneration set for the convenience of potential participants. Both variants of participation in the Referral Program are available to any individual person or legal entity that are interested in earning additional income. A Referrer Partner is supposed to submit to Company the name and contact information of each referral candidate and any other information that can be reasonably requested by Company, by filling out the corresponding form in Partner s personal account on the Company s website, as part of the referral registration process in exchange for a commission for successful sales. Company s sales team will do the rest. An Affiliate Partner is supposed to publish a partner link and/or internet banner on their website in exchange for a commission for successful sales. Company s sales team will do the rest. Participation in Referral Program does not limit its participants to choose only one variant of participation - it is possible to participate in the program by choosing all the variants simultaneously as well as in other Programs of the Company. For any sale and related commission, only one variant will apply. If Partner s Referral Services result in the closing of a written contract and payment for the sale of Company s Products or Services to a customer, Company agrees to pay the commission to the Partner. Company will pay commission to Partner in U.S. Dollars by Check on a monthly basis within 15 days after reporting period (month).

3 The Commissions rate depends on the variant of participation chosen by Partner: Referrer Partner - 15% per each product or service contract, Affiliate Partner - 10% per each product or service contract. Reseller Partner Program This program is designed for accountants, CPAs, business advisors who work with small businesses, including certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, providers of barcode, mobile computing, and RFID solutions or warehouse equipment and any individual person or legal entity that are interested in earning additional income. To participate in the Reseller Program, the Partner should pass a product test and receive a corresponding certificate from the Company. There are several ways of participation in the Reseller Program: Selling as a distinct software product. Selling annual service contract. Selling as an essential part of a software and hardware bundle. Depending on sales volumes in the reporting period (calendar quarter), Partner obtains a particular partner level, which gives a corresponding discount on the product or services.

4 Revision of the partner level takes place at the end of each reporting period and changes according to its results. New partners must start with the silver level. A higher level will be awarded if the Reseller Program requirements are fulfilled. There is also a possibility to get an additional discount on the software, if Partner sells more than one license to one customer - considered on a case-by-case basis. After selling the product (or service contract), Partner transfers the money to Company within 15 days after the sale and retains reseller commission on their account. How to apply for Partner Program To join Partner Program, all you need is to: 1. Visit the official website at click Partner Program, then click Join Partner Program, choose the program type (Referral Partner Program or Reseller Partner Program), fill out the application form and send it to us. 2. Receive a confirmation with the login and password to your personal account. Sign in and make the most of the resources your partner page can offer. 3. Receive Partner Agreement, sign and notarize it (for legal entities). Send back the signed and scanned copy or the original with your electronic signature. That is it. Welcome to Partner Program!
