THE EARLY CHILDHOOD SYSTEM Whe we talk about the early childhood system i the state of Coecticut, we mea all of us. We all cotribute services, supports ad eviromets (formal ad iformal) that urture the growth ad developmet of all our childre preatal to age 8. THE FOUR FOCUS AREAS The Right from the Start team idetified four core focus areas that merited further attetio i our state s early childhood system.
