22 V. Ways Forward 1. Addressing data gaps - conduct of a rider survey on household-based ICT statistics in one of the quarterly rounds of the Labor Force Survey. 2. inclusion of ICT statistics in the System of Designated Statistics - will provide the impetus in the institutionalization of and provision of budget for the generation of ICT statistics. 3. Strengthening of the IAC on ICTS mechanism to enjoin the agencies to produce/compile ICT statistics, 4. Establishment of a statistics unit in the ICTO 22
