R1 Executive Protection is minority certified, licensed, bonded and fully insured in the State of Pennsylvania. On behalf of R1 Executive Protection, its management team, and our staff, it is our honor to provide you with this proposal package. The founder of R1 Executive Protection, Inc. possesses over 20 years experience in security, investigations, and the protection field. Our management staff, including the founder has prior working experience in special events, celebrity protection, numerous state and local law enforcement agencies, sports figures and dignitaries across the United States and are currently networking with several international agencies as well. 8 R1 provides the following services for your convenience: v Employs prior law enforcement, military and/or seasoned agents v Armed and unarmed, uniformed at the hourly rate for your property v Monthly management staff meetings to discuss strategies, policies and procedure changes and implement them swiftly v 24-hour communications v Investigative work needed by you and up to 2 hours of free court time after the investigation is complete v Replacement of any field officer after being notified of a problem or emergency within 30 minutes at the management s discretion R1 Recruiting Guidelines R1 Executive protection applies traditional recruiting procedures which attract quality applicants from diverse fields, through colleges, employee referrals, newspaper advertising, etc. Each employee or trainee must undergo criminal background check, and an R1 Executive Protection preemployment screening before hired with R1. Each employee must participate in an annual training which involves state laws, patrol techniques, and self defense. R1 Executive Protection s owner Christopher Chamberlain is personally in charge of verifying all security personnel possessing a firearm, passes all state and R1 Executive Protection special weapons safety Certifications courses before being authorized to carry a firearm. R1 Executive Protection, Inc. staff and Contract Board are all N.R.A. certified firearms instructors.
