8 Step 3 f 6: Indicatin f yur educatin and prfessinal career path Figure 8: Educatin, Prfessinal career path Step 4 till step 6: Estimatin f yur knwledge with regard t the crrespnding PM cmpetence elements 2.2 PM self-assessment General infrmatin n the self-assessment f PM cmpetences The PM cmpetences are divided in 3 different ranges: PM-Technical cmpetences PM-Cntextual cmpetences PM-Behaviural cmpetences As there is n experience required fr IPMA Level D, the PM self-assessment nly includes the field 'knwledge'. The PM self-assessment must be cmpleted accurately and truthfully. It therefre requires sme time. The level f PM-cmpetence is calculated in the self-assessment by means f a taxnmy (see ICB ) frm 0 t 10, where 10 is the highest pssible grade. In rder t accmplish a meaningful self-assessment, it is necessary t read and understand the descriptin f each cmpetence element in the ICB versin 3.0 and the pm baseline. Based n these descriptins, the candidates' cmpetence, with regard t knwledge, will be assessed. The taxnmy in the ICB supprts the evaluatin and assignment f values. 12 3 Payment details Please find the price list f the pma certificatin fees n ur pma website price list certificatins pma/ipma. If the certificatin prcess is nt finished ne year after authrisatin (nt including repeated exams), the authrisatin expires. In case f a new start f the certificatin prcess the full amunt f the certificatin fee has t be paid. In case f withdrawal frm the certificatin befre admissin, a cancellatin fee f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 6.00) will be charged as due; after authrisatin the ttal fee is due. In case f the exam date being pstpned, an administrative fee f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 6.00) will be charged. If the candidate fails the pm-test r the written exam, the candidate can retry after 2 mnths at the earliest. The entire prcess has t be cmpleted within 1.5 years after participatin in the first exam. In case f a new start f the certificatin prcess, the full amunt f the certificatin fee will be charged. In case f a retry f the certificatin as JPM (Junir Prject Manager) a fee f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 14.00)will be charged fr the pm-test and EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 18.00) fr the written exam. Fr the issue f a secnd certificate EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 1.50) will be charged. Yu will receive the invice apprximately 2 weeks previus t the certificatin date by pst. The invice is due 14 days f invicing withut deductin. We reserve the right t exclude the candidate frm the certificatin if the invice(s) is/are nt paid. The applicatin is binding. The applicant cnfirms the crrectness f all given infrmatin and agrees expressly with the electrnic data prcessing and the strage f his/her data (persnal data, examinatin dcuments, etc.) by pma. The applicant cnfirms t have taken nte f the pma cde f ethics. As certified Junir Prject Manager (IPMA Level D ) / PM assciate and/r as pma member he/she will act alng these lines. If yu have successfully passed the certificatin yur name is ging t be published n the pma and the IPMA website as well as in print media (nce at the end f the year). Only the first- and the last name will be published. The IPMA Level D certificatin is valid fr 5 years. After the 5 years it is pssible t apply fr the recertificatin IPMA Level D r - with acquired experience, t apply fr the certificatin IPMA Level C r IPMA Level B. 13 4 Certificatin day On the certificatin day the fllwing examinatins take place: pm-test and written exam. The candidates are nt allwed t use any ther dcuments than thse prvided at the exam. A nn-prgrammable calculatr as well as pencils / markers / birs are allwed. The assessment criteria are used accrding t the guidelines f the ICB fr knwledge and experience apprpriate t the respective certificatin level. The PM-Technical, the PM-Cntextual as well as the PM- Behaviural cmpetences will be assessed. An inspectin f the examinatin results IPMA Level D is nt prvided. In case f a negative result yu can ldge yur cmplaint t ur cmplaints department. T ldge a cmplaint entails csts in the amunt f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 10.00).
