Our immigration team The solicitors in our Immigration Team have wide ranging expertise in both executive and personal immigration matters. The breadth of our knowledge enables us to lead both businesses and individuals through the ever evolving maze of UK immigration options available. Business Visitors Assisting a Russian national to obtain business visitor visas for numerous countries including Australia, China, Ghana, USA and Brazil. Tier 2 Advising a multinational group of companies in relation to transferring employees from its Russian overseas office to the UK. Dependants Advising Tier 2 migrants in relation to transferring their family members to the UK. Nationality Assisting a Russian national to obtain British citizenship for himself and his family. 8 06 TEAM PROFILE Team profile Angharad Harris Partner London Olga Baglay Partner London Anna Robinson Solicitor London Angharad has been a partner in the Employment and Immigration team since Angharad s immigration practice includes applications for sole representatives, investors and entrepreneurs wishing to set up a commercial presence in the UK as well as applications for highly skilled migrants and sponsored migrants. She also assists individuals and their family members intending to settle and naturalise in the UK. Angharad has acted for individuals in connection with Asylum and Immigration Tribunal proceedings. Olga joined Watson, Farley & Williams in Moscow in Olga is a Russian qualified lawyer and English solicitor who specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation. She also works for the firmʹs international finance department dealing with Russian finance work, and with the Employment and Immigration team. Olga has acted in numerous high profile cases involving complex issues and large amounts in dispute. Olga has been appointed as an arbitrator (including being a chairman) in several arbitrations held in London. Anna trained with Watson, Farley & Williams, qualifying into the Employment and Immigration team in September Anna has gained experience in immigration applications for sponsorship, leave to enter and leave to remain including difficult settlement and naturalisation applications. Anna also has experience auditing businesses from an immigration compliance perspective and acting on behalf of individuals in relation to immigration proceedings in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

9 TEAM PROFILE 07 Devan Khagram Solicitor London Elliott Marsh Paralegal London Devan trained with Watson, Farley & Williams, qualifying into the Employment and Immigration team in September Devan regularly advises businesses in relation to immigration matters and also has experience assisting individuals and their family members to work and reside in the UK. More recently, Devan has been advising clients on all aspects of the Points Based System including the requirements to obtain a sponsorship licence and also visas under Tier 1 categories including the entrepreneur and investor categories. Elliott joined the Employment and Immigration team as a Paralegal in April Elliottʹs experience includes advising in relation to various immigration employment categories. In particular, Elliott advises in relation to the Points Based System and has experience drafting and assigning Certificates of Sponsorship, managing and editing sponsor profiles and assisting with all aspects of entry clearance overseas.
