On one hand, the HR Portal facilitates the work of the HR Manager and of the Middle management in terms of managing their collaborators. On the other hand, the HR Portal grants (to everyone in the company) access to the information required in order for them to be involved in the company processes. It is an important plus that guarantees the native integration of all the applications for the HR management of the HR Zucchetti system. In addition, it allows speeding up the activities of the HR Department, drastically reducing the routine and low added-value activities and, finally yet importantly, optimizing the processes and improving the efficiency. In fact, the information, shared by all various applications of HR Zucchetti system, is entered only once instead of being uploaded once more in all applications. The integrated data base manages all the information, both from tables and master data, that is common to the various applications including the Master Data of both the employee (employees, consultants, interns, apprentices, etc.) and of the company (business name, headquarters, etc.). The single applications manage instead specific data: for example, the time and attendance software controls the schedule profile, the payroll software controls the payroll elements, the software for HR management controls the training courses, and the assessments, the compensations policies, etc. The following is consequently possible: managing information in a centralized manner; reducing management and maintenance costs of the systemic architecture and of the database; removing the errors occurring during the manual upload of shared data to several applications; obtaining a remarkable security thanks to the possibility to define the accesses and profiles in a customized manner; getting hold of information immediately.

7 HR DATAWAREHOUSE HR Business Intelligence is an advanced reporting system available to the Top Management, to the HR Department and to the Middle management, which allows making use of all information in order to intervene beforehand on the human resources quantity and quality phenomena. Specific clusters allow using an advanced tool for the monitoring and analysis of the following: employee turnover (employment cost, turnover cost, turnover rates, time required for replacement, average time of employment, etc.); recruiting (vacant period, turnover rate of the new employments, recruitment sources, average time range for job opening, average recruitment cost per job, average selection time range per job, etc.); retention (predictable turnover, diversity turnover, r, financial impact of the turnover, etc.); training & development (training ROI, collaborators satisfaction, average number of training courses per collaborator, average cost of training per collaborator, the percentage of the employees involved in training projects, percentage e of the HR Budget invested in training); salary analyses; best performer; absenteeism; DELIVERY MODE The correct information supporting the company decisions All the applications are available in various modes in order to provide the client with freedom of choice in terms of the solution that suits best his/her own reality.
