Therefre, Harman will handle this data in accrdance with applicable laws and regulatins at the place where the data is prcessed. Where applicable lcal law prvides a lwer level f prtectin f such persnal infrmatin than established by these Terms f Use, then the requirements f these Terms f Use apply. Cllectin and Use f Persnal Infrmatin The Harman Career Site (including the Harman internal recruitment management system and emplyment n-barding system) cllects persnal infrmatin that yu as a candidate vluntarily submit r persnal infrmatin that yu vluntarily submit t a Harman emplyee fr recruitment prcessing purpses, and which is then entered int the Harman Career Site n yur behalf. The Harman Career Site als cllects persnal infrmatin that recruiters, referrers, n-barding prfessinals r agencies prvide regarding candidates. Cllectin and Use f Persnal Infrmatin Received frm Candidates Harman will cllect yur persnal infrmatin, such as name, address, emplyment histry, salary histry, etc., thrugh the Harman Career Site, which is hsted by Jbs2Web with secure servers lcated in Chicag, Illinis, and Dallas, Texas, United States f America and Jbs2Web s affiliate, SuccessFactrs, with secure servers lcated in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Yu are respnsible fr ensuring that the infrmatin submitted t the Harman Career Site is accurate and up-t-date. The falsificatin f any infrmatin, falsificatin f ther dcuments that yu may prvide, and/r the giving f incmplete infrmatin may result in the withdrawal f any emplyment ffer and/r immediate terminatin f yur emplyment nw r in the future. T the extent apprpriate and in accrdance with applicable lcal law, Harman may seek additinal data and/r verify yur infrmatin by cntacting yur references, referrer and ther third parties.

2 Harman may use yur persnal infrmatin t cntact yu during yur candidacy fr emplyment, t send yu annuncements, r t request additinal infrmatin as required. Yur infrmatin may als be used fr general statistical analysis and reprting purpses, including visitr activity and demgraphic reprts. This data will be made annymus. The Harman Career Site des nt seek sensitive infrmatin (e.g. data relating t gender, race r ethnic rigin, plitical pinins, religius beliefs, trade unin membership, criminal recrd, physical r mental health, r sexual rientatin) except where this is required by the laws f the cuntry in which the psitin yu are applying fr is lcated. Hwever, t the extent any infrmatin f a sensitive nature is submitted with yur applicatin, yu agree that such infrmatin may be used in accrdance with applicable law and these Terms f Use. Harman will nt share persnal infrmatin with third parties except as prvided herein, as necessary t carry ut its business, r as required by law r ther legal prcesses, and we will never sell yur persnal infrmatin. Harman may share infrmatin with service prviders wh prcess data n behalf f Harman r prvide ther services fr the cnduct f Harman s business, such as cmpanies prviding emplyment verificatin services. Infrmatin submitted t the Harman Career Site may be accessed and used by Harman entities wrld-wide fr nrmal business activities and nly in cnnectin with recruitment and emplyment related purpses r administrative purpses. As a result, persnal infrmatin may be transferred t any place in the wrld where Harman entities d business, including jurisdictins that d nt ensure prtectin f persnal infrmatin equivalent t that available in yur jurisdictin. Shuld yu be hired by a Harman entity, yur infrmatin may be used by Harman in cnnectin with nrmal business activities and in cnnectin with the emplyer-emplyee relatinship. Cllectin and Use f Persnal Infrmatin Prvided by Recruiters, Referrers, On-Barding Prfessinals and Agencies Any infrmatin yu prvide abut yurself r any candidate may be used in accrdance with these Terms f Use, including as described abve. Yur use f the Harman Career Site bligates yu and the Harman entity fr whm yu wrk t cmply with these Terms f Use. In yur rle as a recruiter, referrer, mbility prfessinal r agency, yu must ensure that yu have btained the candidates explicit cnsent t submit infrmatin n their behalf (including, withut limitatin, t the use and internatinal transfer f such infrmatin as described abve). If yu prvide any sensitive candidate infrmatin t the Harman Career Site, the recruitment database, r fr mbility related purpses, yu must ensure that yu have btained the candidate s explicit cnsent t the cllectin and use f such sensitive infrmatin, including signed cnsent as may be required under the lcal relevant data privacy law.

3 Yu will be respnsible fr ensuring that the infrmatin yu prvide is accurate and upt-date. Yu must prvide the Harman Career Site with the candidate s up-t-date address. Yu must ensure that yur use and disclsure f candidate infrmatin maintained by the Harman Career Site, the recruitment database, emplyee n-barding systems r related applicatins is in cmpliance with the abve, and that yu cmply with all relevant legal requirements. E-Verify US Federal law requires all emplyers t verify the identity and emplyment eligibility f all persns hired t wrk in the United States. Harman participates in E-Verify.
