2 2 How we work... The general process on this resource would follow as such: A client submits a request by following our one step process online. Within minutes a client will receive an and SMS notification that their request has been received and details of the related Law Firm. (Requests are sent to a distribution centre which allocates the request to one of the most appropriate Law Firms based on the request merit vs available firm location). Once the request has been distributed, the assigned Law Firm will contact their prospective client via phone and / or . This has to be done within 1 hour. There are far more of these leads and requests but the clients use broader search phrases and therefore the type of lead can be harder to convert as the Client may not be an immediate buyer and may be researching services first. For this reason, this type of subscription is charged far less. We call this category the "lucky bucket" because even though the conversion ratio is lower some of the Law Firms have managed to find some brilliant long term and highly profitable clients. OPTION 2: The Hunter This type of subscription is ideal for a Law Firm that wants to focus on a category of services. Leads are filtered to match the categories of interest. We guarantee a minimum 6 distributed leads per month or a refund will be paid. This category we call "The Hunter" because it helps us focus on Marketing for Law Firms who operate in a more specific field of Law.

Lawyers-online.co.za reserves the right to change the subscription fees in the various provinces fee adjustments are made every three (3) months. Multiple subscriptions will be considered in different regions for the same law firm if the services offered are of a wide variety / not limited. Successful applicants will be contacted via and / or phone before their subscription fee is invoiced. We issue a copy of our Tax Clearance Certificate as well as our bank verification letter with our invoice ( is a division of SA Online a web based services broker). A subscription fee invoice must be paid before the 26th of the month for the following month. A subscription period will start from the first working day of the new month post reflection of funds from their subscription fee. The Law Firm must ensure that first responses to referred Clients are made within one (1) working hour from time of referral. Law Firms are required to send confirmation to Lawyers-Online.co.za via of their first response and include confirmation that they were either able to process a request or refer the client to a more appropriate service provider. Once a Client has been referred, Lawyers-Online.co.za mandate is complete, it is the Law Firms responsibility to convert the lead to a billable Client and service their needs. Once a subscription fee has been paid it is not refundable unless Lawyers-online.co.za fails to distribute the guaranteed leads. Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) working days after banking details have been provided. All subscribers need to be able to process all types of requests. Any request that a firm cannot process, needs to either be referred to another Firm by the subscribed Firm, or the Client needs to be informed that they cannot be helped and the reason offered. Once an application has been submitted, Lawyers-Online.co.za will contact the applicant Law Firm via phone or in order to give them an opportunity to ask any questions they may have. Lawyers-online.co.za reserves the right, and its own discretion, to cancel a subscription. The relevant firm(s) will be notified telephonically and / or by . SA Online will only accept EFT payments. When applicable, a refund value will be the value of the shortfall of leads for that subscribed period. The value per lead is worked out by dividing the quota of leads required by the fee of the subscription. (Hunter = ZAR per lead Lucky Bucket = ZAR per lead Exclusivity is offered at ZAR per lead full refunds do not apply) Any subscription/s taken over December and January will be charged at 50% of the full subscription fee AND we do not guarantee a fixed amount of leads during this period.
