4 Bo Barron, CCIM Sperry Van Ness Advisors Bo Barron, CCIM serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/The Barron Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office and multifamily property in Western Kentucky. In just three years, Barron has secured more than 50 transactions valuing in excess of $13 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Barron served as a commercial real estate specialist for Wm. G. Barron Enterprises. Previously, he served for five years in United States Marine Corps as a sergeant and cryptologic linguist. While serving in the Marines, Barron led a platoon of more than 20 Marines and received two joint service achievement medals. Bo Barron, CCIM Advisor Sperry Van Ness Barron holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and real estate brokers licenses in the states of Indiana and Tennessee and the commonwealth of Kentucky. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and the Owensboro Board of Realtors, and currently serves as president for the local chapter of Business Network International (BNI). Active in his community, Barron serves as a board member for the Owensboro Family YMCA, the Owensboro Rotary Club and MentorKids Kentucky. Barron earned a bachelor s degree in Organizational Communications from Murray State University and an associate s degree in Arabic from the Defenses Language Institute. He is a graduate of the Cryptologic Technician Interpretive Arabic course where he received the Commander s Award for academic achievement. In addition, he is also a graduate of the USMC Martial Arts Center of Excellence and holds the Tan and Grey Belt certifications, and completed several other training and educational programs while serving in the Marines. A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, Barron married his high school sweetheart, the former Autumn Harley, and they are proud parents of two sons.

5 William G. Barron Sperry Van Ness Advisors William G. Barron (Bill) serves a managing director of Sperry Van Ness/The Barron Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of self storage, retail and industrial property in Western Kentucky, Western Tennessee and Southern Indiana. With more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience, Barron has secured more than 300 transactions valuing in excess of $140 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Barron served as president of Wm. G. Barron Enterprises, Inc. in Owensboro, Kentucky, specializing in commercial development, real estate brokerage and property management. Previously, Barron worked in the residential development industry, serving as vice president, president, and chairman and CEO of Barron Homes, Inc. William G. Barron Managing Director Sperry Van Ness Barron was awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1997, during the Institute meetings in New Orleans, LA. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Kentucky and Indiana and Tennessee. In addition, he is a member of the Owensboro Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Credentials include: serving as chairman for AAA Rent A Space, GoMini s of Western Kentucky and Western Tennessee, and the Owensboro YMCA Endowment Fund Committee, and board member for MainSource Financial Group (MSFG) a publicly held bank holding company listed on the NASDAQ Exchange. He is an alumnus of Leadership Kentucky, which allows him access to leadership in every major community in Kentucky as well as to governmental contacts. In addition, he serves as a member of the Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and works closely with the president of the Chamber and Economic Development Corporation. Barron earned a bachelor s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and served in the United States Army Reserve.
