3 Process for new DL students 1 2 Intake, assessment, screening at your agency Complete DL application online, agency enters assessment scores in online application, and enters student in e-data Orientation DL 101 Class (will be for ABE/HSE students at first, ESOL will be developed in second wave) 3 Subject-specific classes DL 101 Class Online Reinforces computer/internet skills Paper-based option available only if online is not possible Independent indicates persistence student may contact advisor for support or guidance Outcomes products include bar chart, compare/contrast chart, budget analysis, and a writing sample online portfolio Which of these options will your agency use to support new DL students? (check all that apply) Tell students that the best way to complete the orientation is online. Help students with their online application for DL classes.
