Jonny Dymond BSC (Hons) FLAA DIRECTIONS Beeston Castle Auction is situated on the Main A49 Trunk Road 1 Mile South of Tarporley & 10 Miles North of Whitchurch, for SAT NAV the Postcode is CW6 9NZ. METHOD & CONDITIONS OF SALE All Cattle will be sold under the Conditions of Sale for Cattle at Livestock Markets (2009) as recommended by the LAA. All Cattle will be sold in Guineas ( 1.05). PAYMENT - Full Payment is required for all stock before removal from the sale premises. CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD FACILITIES are available, Credits Cards incur a 2% Charge TIMES OF ARRIVAL All Lots must be on the sale premises by 9.30am on the day of the sale. Any Vendor who wishes to deliver their animals on the day prior to the sale may do so as long as they inform the Auctioneers Office. REFRESHMENTS The On-Site Canteen will be open throughout the sale day to provide a full range of refreshments PEDIGREE CERTIFICATES All entries catalogued are full pedigree. Any pedigree transfers will need to be arranged by the purchaser with the relevant breed society. RICS CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION SCHEME All financial transactions within this market are conducted with the Auctioneers Acting as Principal, Sale proceeds are not paid into the Client Bank Account and Consequently The RICS Client Money Protection Scheme (CMPS) will not apply to protect the vendor. HAULAGE AND REMOVAL OF STOCK FROM BEESTON AUCTION There are a number of top class hauliers who attend Beeston on a weekly basis.
