3 VOICER CALL RECORDER (CR) Call recording (logging) is the process whereby a telephone conversation between one or more participants is recorded for future reference. Voicer CR offers most benefits where high security, high quality and large volumes of data are involved. Features: Centralized database and access. Stores up to 15,000 hours (standard, but easily expandable) of telephone conversations in standard audio files. Plays a legal disclaimer automatically, or, on-demand, before each call is recorded. Allow recording of incoming or outgoing calls or extensions. High quality of recording by automatic gain control (AGM). Caller ID information automatically labels incoming calls (may require Caller ID feature from telephone company). 19 Voicetronix - OpenPCI The OpenPCI series is new entry level CT hardware platform offering four (4) and eight (8) Loop-Start (FXO) or Station (FXS) ports on a PCI 2.2 bus interface running on Linux.
