If you find any matter that needs to be corrected, please return the policy to the insurance agent as soon as possible! This policy is evidence of a contract Between: The Insured whose name is stated in the proposal form (Hereinafter "the Insured") And between: The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (Hereinafter "The Phoenix") According to which The Phoenix agrees, in consideration of payment of the premium, to make indemnity payments to the Insured, or to indemnify him in another manner stated in the policy, up to the amounts stated therein as the limit of its liability, on the occurrence of one or more insured events, during the period of insurance, within the territorial limits. The undertakings of the Insured and of The Phoenix are in accordance with the terms, conditions and exclusions of this policy and all of its sections including the schedule. The premium, the period of insurance, the protection conditions, the deductible, the sums insured, the indemnity and limits of liability for the various sections of the policy and the extensions stated in the schedule constitute an integral part of this policy. 4 DEFINITIONS FOR ALL SECTIONS OF THE POLICY 1. Family members of the Insured The spouse of the Insured, their children, their parents or other relatives of the Insured, who live with him in the home on a permanent basis (as defined in clause 5 hereunder). 2. Indemnity payments The amount that The Phoenix will pay to the Insured or to the beneficiary, or on behalf of the Insured to an employee of the Insured, or to a third party, on the occurrence of an insured event under this policy. 3. Territorial limits The State of Israel and the Occupied Territories at the time of the occurrence of the insured event, other than if stated otherwise in a section of the policy or in the schedule. 4. Accident An unforeseen, sudden and non gradual event, arising from an external cause, causing damage. 5. The home The building of the apartment or the house stated in the schedule, verandas, plumbing, sewage and piping installations, central heating apparatus, boilers, solar systems and telephone and electricity apparatus belonging to the home, gates, fences and paved surfaces belonging to the home and all of the permanent parts of the home or which are permanently attached thereto. If the home is located in an apartment block, this definition also includes the Insured's share of the common property of the building as well as special fixtures to the apartment; in this regard "apartment block" means a building registered as an apartment block in the Land Registry as well as a residential building which contains two or more apartments which is not registered as aforementioned, but not: parts of the home which are used solely for business. 6. Home contents Any item or matter located in the home as defined above, which is owned, possessed or under the responsibility of the Insured or of his family members, however excluding: A. Mechanically propelled vehicles, caravans, trailers, watercraft and aircraft. B. Animals. C. Securities, debentures, share certificates, loan certificates. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. 5 D. Contracts, letters of undertaking, sale deeds, various types of certificates and documents. E. Gold, silver or precious metal of any type as raw materials, diamonds and precious stones which are not part of jewellery. F. Treasury stamps and postage stamps which are not part of a stamp collection. G. Weapons, ammunition and explosives. H. Manuscripts, plans, sketches, diagrams, samples, imprinted moulds. I. Accounting records and other business records. J. Equipment and stock used for business. K. Items held on commission. L. Cheques, traveller's cheques, postal cheques, promissory notes and any type of bond, travel, flight and sailing tickets, credit cards and lottery tickets. 7. Theft Misappropriation of the property covered under this policy without the permission of the Insured or his family members. 8. Burglary Theft of property or causing damage to property, leaving visible signs attesting to the use of force and violence at the time of entry into the home (as defined above) or whilst leaving it. 9. Robbery Theft of property or causing damage to property with the use of force and violence, or threatening the use of force and violence towards the Insured or his family members. 10. Jewellery A. Gold, silver or platinum jewellery, including precious stones and pearls interlaced therein and/or inlaid therein. B. Any wristwatch whose value on the occurrence date of the insured event exceeds NIS 5, Valuables Jewellery, items of gold, silverware, furs, carpets or rugs, statues, paintings, works of art, antiques, collections having a historical, scientific or artistic value, stamps, coins, medallions, musical instruments, cameras, camcorders. Valuation A document, signed by an expert appraiser, which has been submitted to The Phoenix prior to the occurrence of the insured event, containing a schedule detailing the description and value of each item of property stated in the document. 13. Home electronic equipment Desktop or mobile equipment, including one or more of the following appliances: television set, audio system, compact disc, radio tape, video recorder, camcorder, home computer and printer. 14. Employee A domestic employee of the Insured. 15. Index The Consumer Price Index published by the Central Bureau of Statistics. 16. Unoccupied home A home which is unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days, or a home which has not been regularly lived in for more than 60 consecutive days. 17. Exclusions to all sections of the policy As detailed in clause 1 to Section M "General Conditions for all Sections of the Policy". The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. December 2011 Edition 6

7 SECTION A HOME INSURANCE (BUILDINGS) The insurance under this section is valid solely if stated expressly in the schedule. 1. The insured event Total or partial damage caused to the home by one or more of the following perils: A. Fire, lightning, thunder as well as smoke which is an extraordinary phenomenon and not a permanent phenomenon. B. Explosion or conflagration. C. Storm, including rain, snow and hail which falls during a storm. D. Falling aircraft, items falling from aircraft, supersonic boom caused by aircraft. E. Collision or impact of vehicles into the home. F. Malicious damage. G. Theft, robbery, burglary or attempt thereof. H. Illegal gathering and rioting. I. Earthquake. J. Flood or inundation from an external source of water. K. Bursting, or overflowing of pipes and boilers as well as the escape or leakage of water, oil, diesel or any other liquid from plumbing and central heating installations of the home or of the apartment block. 2. Exclusions Events and damages which are excluded from the insurance under Section A The Phoenix will not be liable under this section for total or partial damage which is caused directly or indirectly by, or via, or as a consequence of: A. The seepage of rainwater via walls, or via ceilings, or its absorption therein. B. Storm damage to gates and fences. C. Malicious damage caused: by the Insured or with his permission, by family members of the Insured or with their permission or by individuals living in the home with the permission of the Insured or with his agreement. D. The cost of the water which has leaked or escaped from pipes, boilers and plumbing and central heating installations. E. Wear and tear of pipes, boilers and plumbing and central heating installations. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. December 2011 Edition 7

When the home is unoccupied malicious damage, theft, burglary and robbery as well as the bursting or overflowing of boilers and pipes as well as the bursting or overflowing of boilers and pipes etc. under clause 1 (K) above. Damages arising from the aforementioned perils which are discovered in a period in which the home was unoccupied will be considered to be damages whose occurrence date is during a period of unoccupancy. G. Malicious damage If the Insured requested that this peril be excluded from the insurance. H. Theft, burglary and robbery If the Insured requested that this peril be excluded from the insurance. I. Earthquake If the Insured requested that this peril be excluded from the insurance. J. Bursting or overflowing of boilers and pipes etc. under clause 1 (K) above If the Insured requested that this peril be excluded from the insurance. K. Any event which is excluded from the insurance in the Exclusions to all Sections of the Policy. 3. Special deductible for earthquake damage If insurance for earthquake damage is valid, the Insured will pay in each event a deductible at the rate of 10% (or other percentage if stated in the schedule) of the total sum insured of both sections, the buildings and the contents, covered under this policy under Sections A and B (or A and C, as applicable). For the purpose of this clause, a single event will be considered to be all earthquakes which occur within a period of 72 consecutive hours after the first earthquake occurs. 4. Burst pipes damage or overflowing of pipes and boilers If the Insured has selected cover that confers upon him the option of selecting the repair provider indemnity payments will be made solely after the damage has been inspected by a representative of The Phoenix prior to execution of the repair and subject to its approval. 9 SPECIAL EXTENSIONS TO SECTION A 1. Extensions included in the basic cover The indemnity payments under this section will include: A. Architects fees Expenses which the Insured incurred due to an insured event, for fees of architects, loss assessors, consultants, engineers and contractors, and legal expenses which are incurred for the purpose of the repair, refurbishment or reconstruction of the home, or any part thereof, on condition that the prior written agreement of The Phoenix has been provided for the type of the expense involved and for its amount. B. Expenses for the removal of debris Expenses which are incurred by the Insured due to an insured event for the purpose of the removal of debris, cleaning the home, painting it and reconnecting it to the electricity, telephone, water and sewage networks. C. Loss of rent Loss of rent of the home following an insured event, or expenses incurred by the Insured in respect of rent for accommodating him and his family members, during the period in which repair, refurbishment and reconstruction works are being carried out in the home, due to an insured event and for as long as the home is unsuitable for dwelling. The indemnity under the cover will be calculated in accordance with conventional rent for a similar home compared to the insured home. It is possible that the total indemnity in respect of this section will exceed the buildings sum insured, however the liability of The Phoenix, under this cover, is limited to rent for a maximum rental period of 12 months (effective from the occurrence date of the insured event) or 10% of the buildings sum insured, the lower of the two amounts. The payment under this cover will be made solely if the Insured proves the loss of rent or expense that he actually incurred for renting an alternative dwelling. The Insured will not be entitled to indemnity payments under this cover if it is not possible to rebuild or repair the home for any reason. D. Insurance for swimming pools and other structures in the grounds of private houses If the insured home is a private house, i.e. is not defined as an apartment block according to law, the insurance under this section is extended to cover total or partial damage to swimming pools and other auxiliary buildings which are not attached to the home, irrigation systems, trees, bushes, lawns and plants, which is caused solely by fire, explosion or lightning. 10 The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited to the amount stated in schedule respect thereof in the schedule or 5% of the sum insured of the home buildings, the higher of the two amounts. 2. Cover in addition to the basic cover, land value insurance The insurance coverage is valid solely if stated expressly in the schedule Land value insurance in an apartment block If stated expressly in the schedule and in consideration of an additional premium, the cover under Section A Home Insurance (Buildings) will include additional indemnity payments that will be paid to the Insured on the occurrence of the insured event subject to the following conditions: A. The insured event 1. Direct damage which is caused to the home building due to an insured peril as detailed in Section A Home Insurance (Buildings), which is not less than 75% of the reconstruction value of the apartment building covered under this section. The rate of damage will be determined by a licensed civil engineer as defined in the Engineers and Architects Law 1958 (hereinafter: "licensed engineer"). 2. Denial of access: An event in which physical loss or damage occurs to the common parts of the building (even if no direct damage is caused to the building of the insured home), due to a covered peril as stated in Section A Home (Buildings) Insurance, as a result of which the Insured is denied access to or the ability to use the Insured home, and no reinstatement or repair works are made on the common parts due to the circumstances enumerated in clause D "The scope of cover" hereunder, or due to the inability of the other residents of the building or the residents association to finance their proportional share; on condition that the existence of the aforementioned circumstances is proven to the satisfaction of the insurer. B. The sum insured The sum insured for this cover is the amount of the difference between the market value of the insured home (including the land component) on the inception date of the insurance and the reconstruction cost of the building of the insured home at the same time (hereinafter: "the difference"). Clause 16 of Section M "General Conditions for all Sections of the Policy" (Underinsurance) will apply separately in respect of the amount of the difference insured under this cover. The application of the underinsurance clause is from the inception of the insurance. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. December 2011 Edition 10

11 C. The indemnity The insurer will indemnify the Insured for the amount of the difference between the market value of the insured home (including the land component) at the time of the occurrence of the insured event and the reconstruction cost of the building of the insured home at the same time. The market value of the insured home means the price of the home that will be determined between a willing purchaser and the willing vendor of the home. D. The scope of cover This cover is subject to the following conditions: 1. The Insured proves to the satisfaction of the insurer that: He has not received and could not have received a legal construction permit and/or all of the required legal authorisations in order to reconstruct the apartment building. Or There is a legal or other preclusion to reasonably reinstating the apartment building. On condition that: A. Non receipt of the permits and the authorisations as aforementioned or the existence of a legal or other preclusion as aforementioned is due to circumstances which are not dependent on the Insured and which are out of the control of the Insured. B. The inability of the Insured to reinstate the home building protracts for at least six consecutive months from the occurrence date of the insured event. 2. If a licensed civil engineer determines that it is possible to reconstruct the apartment in the same place and the Insured starts to reconstruct the apartment within 6 months from the occurrence date of the insured event, however does not continue with the reinstatement due to a legal or other preclusion which is not dependent on him and on which he has no control, and the preclusion lasts for at least six consecutive months the Insured is entitled to indemnity under this cover. 3. The Insured apartment is wholly owned by the Insured including a perpetual lease other than rights as a protected tenant and any other right other than freehold and/or a perpetual lease. 4. The Insured actually purchased, after the date of the insured event, an alternative home building in another place in Israel. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. December 2011 Edition 11

12 If the Insured does not actually purchase an alternative home as aforementioned, the Insured will be entitled to indemnity payments under this policy according to the amount of the difference between the market value of the insured apartment (including the land component) on the inception date of the insurance and the construction value of the building of the insured apartment at the same time. The provisions of the aforementioned do not derogate from the provisions of clause 4C (Reinstatement Value) of the General Conditions for all Sections of the Policy according to which the insured home which has been totally or partially damaged will be considered as property which has not been reconstructed, not repaired and not replaced. The indemnity payments in respect of the building itself will therefore be calculated on an indemnity value basis. E. The conditions of the cover It is expressly noted that: 1. The Insured undertakes to assign all of his rights in the insured property to the insurer, at the time of receiving the indemnity payments under this cover or on any other date as may be required by the insurer, including his share of the land on which the home was constructed, being free of any debt, encumbrance, mortgage, lien or any other third party right. 2. In order to assign all of his rights, at the time of receiving indemnity payments or at any other date as requested by the insurer, the Insured will submit an irrevocable power of attorney as well as certificates attesting to payment of all of the debts, taxes and levies including betterment tax, consent fees if applicable to the assignment of the rights in the home and will also sign any document which in the opinion of the insurer needs to be signed by him, in order to ensure the assignment of the rights in the property to the insurer. 3. The insurer will pay the purchase tax, if applicable to assignment of rights in the property. 4. The insurer is entitled to offset any debt, tax or levy applicable to the Insured under the policy and/or in accordance with legal provisions from the indemnity payments due under this cover. F. Exclusions The insurer will not make indemnity payments under this cover: 1. If the preclusion of the Insured to reinstate the building arises wholly or partially from the lack of financial means to fund his part of the apartment block. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. 13 2. If the Insured reinstates the apartment at the address of the apartment that was damaged. 3. If prior to the occurrence of the insured event a demolition order was issued for the building in which the apartment is a located. F. Limitation to the insurer's liability The liability of the insurer in accordance with this cover is limited to the sum insured stated in the schedule in respect of this cover. It is expressly clarified that the sum insured under this cover will be taken into account when calculating the deductible for earthquake damage. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. 14 SECTION B HOME CONTENTS INSURANCE ON A COMPREHENSIVE BASIS The insurance under this section is valid solely in stated expressly in the schedule. 1. The insured event Total or partial damage caused to the home contents, whilst they are located in the home, by one or more of the perils detailed in clause 1 of Section A "Home Insurance (Buildings)", above. 2. Exclusions Events and damages which are excluded from the insurance under Section B The Phoenix will not be liable under this section for total or partial damage which is caused directly or indirectly by, or via, or as a consequence of: A. Any event enumerated in the exclusions to Section A "Home Insurance (Buildings)", above. B. Theft, burglary or robbery which is committed by the Insured or with his consent, by family members of the Insured or with their consent, or by individuals living in the home with the permission of the Insured or with his consent. C. Theft where the home is not used solely for residential purposes. D. Theft of contents from an open veranda which does not occur as the result of entry thereto from the other sections of the home. E. Any peril other than: Fire, lightning, explosion or conflagration to property located in a garden, staircase, on gates, or on paved surfaces constituting part of the home. F. The cost of liquids which have leaked or escaped from pipes, boilers and central heating and plumbing apparatus. G. Any event which is excluded from the insurance in the Exclusions to all Sections of the Policy. 3. Limit of the liability of The Phoenix in respect of certain items of contents If specific sums insured are not stated in the schedule or in a valuation which has been submitted to The Phoenix prior to the occurrence of the insured event in respect of the following items of contents, the indemnity payments in respect of total or partial damage to any of them will be limited within the framework of the contents sum insured as follows: The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. 15 A. Cash and money Up to 0.5% of the contents sum insured. B. Silverware Up to 20% of the contents sum insured and up to 5% per single item. C. Statues, paintings, works of art, antiques and collections having a historical, scientific or artistic value Up to 20% of the contents sum insured and up to 5% per single item. D. Carpets and rugs Up to 20% of the contents sum insured. E. Furs Up to 10% of the content sum insured. F. Collections of: stamps and coins Up to 5% of the contents sum insured in respect of each collection. G. Jewellery and items of gold Up to 10% of the contents sum insured and up to 2% of the contents sum insured per single item. 4. "All Risks" cover for jewellery, up to 10% of the contents sum insured If stated expressly in the schedule that the jewellery is covered under this section on an "All Risks" basis; in such a case in consideration of an appropriate additional premium, the insurance under this clause will cover jewellery, belonging to the Insured, whilst located in the home as well as temporarily away from the home within the territorial limits. The insurance under this clause is in accordance with the conditions of Section E "All Risks" Insurance for Jewellery and Valuables, hereunder. In the absence of a valuation from an appraiser, the compensation per single item is limited to 2% of the contents sum insured under this section and the aggregate liability of The Phoenix under this clause, for the entire period of insurance will not exceed 10% of the contents sum insured under this section. 16 SECTION C HOME CONTENTS INSURANCE ON AN "ALL RISKS" BASIS The insurance under this section is valid solely if stated expressly in the schedule. A precondition to the insurance under this section is determining the sums insured in accordance with a valuation of all of the home contents. 1. The insured event Total or partial accidental damage which is caused to the home contents whilst located in the home and this on the express condition that this damage is not excluded from the insurance in the following exclusions. 2. Exclusions Events and damages which are excluded from the insurance The Phoenix will not be liable in accordance with this section for total or partial damage which is caused directly or indirectly by, or via, or as a consequence of: A. Embezzlement, fraud, dishonesty, deceit. B. Moth, worms, animals, rodents (including by scratching, nibbling or gnawing). C. Gradual wear and tear or destruction, depreciation, amortisation, humidity, rust or atmospheric or climatic conditions. D. Knocks, scratches, peeling or damage to the covers of: wristwatches, furniture or domestic electrical appliances or any plating as well or damage which is caused during a process of cleaning or renewal. E. Breakage (including cracking) of: glass, toilets, sinks, marble and ceramic surfaces and the like. F. Disappearance or shortage of property or any other damage which cannot be attributed to a specific accident. G. Breakdown of any type and/or the cessation of operation due to any cause of any property including: wristwatches, cameras, camcorders, musical instruments, home electronic equipment, domestic electrical appliances, other than damage which is caused directly by fire or lightning. H. Any type of damage to camera lenses, other than if caused during damage to the camera itself. I. Loss or breakage of spectacles and/or contact lenses. J. Deterioration of contents which are undergoing a process of cooking, freezing or refrigeration as a consequence of a power cut. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. December 2011 Edition 16

17 K. Processes of cleaning, renewal, repair or painting. L. The breakage of a frame and/or glass case of a painting, other than damage caused to the painting itself due to the breakage. M. Damage caused by plant pests. N. Damage to cords of musical instruments. O. Any event which is enumerated in the exclusions to Section B "Home Contents Insurance on a Comprehensive Basis" above. P. Any event which can be insured under Sections D, F to J hereunder, or which is enumerated in the exclusions to those sections. Q. Any event which is excluded from the insurance in the Exclusions to all Sections of the Policy. 3. Restriction of the liability of The Phoenix in respect of certain items of contents The insurance under this section is also limited in respect of certain items of contents in accordance with the provisions of the following clauses: A. Clause 3 of Section B "Home Contents Insurance on a Comprehensive Basis", above. B. Clause 4 of Section E "All Risks" Insurance for Jewellery and Valuables". 4. "All Risks" cover for jewellery, up to 10% of the content sum insured The insurance under this clause covers the jewellery belonging to the Insured whilst located in the home and temporarily away from the home, within the territorial limits. The insurance under this clause is in accordance with the conditions of Section E "All Risks" Insurance for Jewellery and Valuables", hereunder. In the absence of a valuation from an appraiser, the compensation per single item is limited to 2% of the contents sum insured under this section and the aggregate liability of The Phoenix under this clause for the entire period of insurance will not exceed 10% of the contents sum insured under this section. 18 SECTION D SPECIAL EXTENSIONS TO THE COVER IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION B OR SECTION C The insurance under this section covers an insured event or expense which is incurred due to an insured event, as defined in clause 1 of Section B "Home Contents Insurance on a Comprehensive Basis" above (even if the contents are covered under the conditions of Section C). 1. Extensions included in the basic cover A. Clothing and personal effects of domestic staff and guests, whilst they are in the home Clothing and personal effects belonging to domestic staff of the Insured or his guests are covered in respect of damage as a consequence of an insured event, excluding breakage and loss, whilst they are located in the home. The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited to 5% of the content sum insured. B. Clothing, personal effects and jewellery away from the home Clothing, personal effects and jewellery of the Insured and of his family members are also covered whilst located away from the home. The insurance under this cover does not provide cover for: 1. The theft peril. 2. Damage to property whilst located in any type of vehicle. 3. Damage to property whilst located overseas. The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited to 5% of the content sum insured. C. Content away from the home Contents of the home, other than: cash money domestic electronic equipment, jewellery and valuables of any type, are also covered whilst located away from the home in: service buildings, storerooms, auxiliary buildings, and this is on condition that these structures are constructed of: bricks, breeze blocks or concrete and all of their entrances are locked. The insurance under this cover does not provide cover against the theft peril. The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited to 5% of the contents sum insured. D. Restoration of documents Reasonable and essential expenses which are actually incurred by the Insured or his family members to restore personal certificates and/or personal documents due to an insured event. 19 The insurance under this cover does not cover the value of the data (the informative value). The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited to 1% of the content sum insured. E. Liability of the Insured as a tenant If the Insured residing in the home, whose contents are insured under Section B or C, resides therein at unprotected tenancy conditions, and provided that his interest in the home (buildings) is not covered under any policy, The Phoenix will indemnify the Insured in respect of his liability as a tenant due to damage to the building which is caused directly by an insured event as defined in Section A Home Insurance (Buildings), and subject to the exclusions under clause 2 of Section A. The insurance under this cover does not provide cover for the earthquake peril. The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited to 10% of the contents sum insured. F. Accidental damage to home electronic equipment insurance The home contents insurance covers total or partial damage which is caused by breakage arising from an accident to home electronic equipment which is expressly specified in the schedule and/or in the valuation. The insurance under this cover is limited solely to desktop appliances, whilst they are located in the home, and does not include: portable compact disc players, mobile computers, video cameras, appliances such as remote control devices or computer mouse, data storage means of any type, including the data stored therein, damage caused solely to magnetic heads and cathode laser tubes when they are located outside of the appliance. In respect of overhead projectors, plasma screens and LCD screens in excess of 46", the liability of The Phoenix is limited to the sum of NIS 10,000 per item other than if stated otherwise expressly in the schedule. The Phoenix is not liable under the cover for depreciation or wear and tear, structural, electronic or electrical breakdown, short-circuit or high voltage damages. G. Insurance for accidental breakage of window panes, sinks, mirrors etc. The home contents insurance covers total or partial damage which is caused by breakage that affects the entire thickness of the property due to an accident affecting the insured property as detailed hereunder: 1. Fixed glass in the building, doors, mirrors and fixed glass in furniture. 2. Baths, basins, toilet seats and marble surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms and toilets. The property insured under this cover does not include: frames, mountings, holders, decorated or plated glass as well as cracked or defective items. The liability of The Phoenix under this cover is limited as follows: 1. Per single item up to 1% of the contents sum insured. 2. For all items and all events during the period of insurance up to 5% of the contents sum insured. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. December 2011 Edition 19

20 SECTION E "ALL RISKS" INSURANCE FOR JEWELLERY AND VALUABLES The insurance under this section is valid solely if stated expressly in the schedule. 1. The insured event Total or partial damage which is caused accidentally to the insured property (as defined hereunder), whilst located in the insured home, or temporarily away from it, within the territorial limits, on the express condition that this damage is not excluded from the insurance by the exclusions hereunder, does not constitute an insured event under Section B "Home Content Insurance on a Comprehensive Basis" and is not enumerated in its exclusions. The sums insured for the items insured under this section shall be included in the sum insured for the home contents. The liability of The Phoenix in respect of each and every item is limited to the market value of the item on the occurrence date of the insured event, or to the amount stated in respect thereof in the schedule or in the valuation, the lower of the two. 2. The insured property Any item belonging to the Insured or to any of his family members, in respect of which it is stated in the schedule that it is insured under this section and whose value and description are detailed in a valuation and is comprised of one or more of the following types of property: A. Jewellery and silverware. B. Furs. C. Cameras, video cameras and musical instruments. D. Medallions, coins and stamps. E. Paintings and works of art. 3. Exclusions Events and damages which are excluded from the insurance under Section E The Phoenix will not be liable under this section for: A. Total or partial damage which is caused directly or indirectly by, or via, or as a consequence of: 1. Embezzlement, fraud, dishonesty, deceit. 2. Moth, worms, animals, rodents (including by scratching, nibbling or gnawing), gradual deterioration, humidity, rust or atmospheric or climatic conditions. The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd.
