1 General Terms & Conditions for ifc mall promotion: 1. Unless otherwise specified, the offers are valid from November 17, 2014 to January 31, 2015, both dates inclusive (based on transaction date) ( Promotion Period ). 2. Unless otherwise specified, the offers apply to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ( Citibank ) and cardmembers ( Cardmembers ) of Diners Club Personal Cards issued by Diners Club International (HK) Limited ( Diners ) ( Eligible Cards ). 3. Unless otherwise specified, the offers apply to the following transactions ( Eligible Transactions ) made by the Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period at Hong Kong ifc mall ( ifc mall ) which includes all the shopping and dining outlets listed on the official ifc mall directory printed by ifc mall ( Designated Outlets ): i) posted retail transactions with original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts; or ii) newly billed monthly installments of interest free installment plan with original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts which are also posted during the Promotion Period Other transactions including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, purchase/add value of gift cards, Octopus Automatic Add Value Service transactions, bill payments, fees and charges, unposted/ cancelled/ refunded transactions, transactions with only hand written credit card sales slips and merchant sales receipts, online purchases (such as apple.com, Lanecrawford.com, etc) and mail/fax/phone orders are not eligible for the offers. The offers apply to the final amount of Eligible Transactions charged to the Eligible Cards after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of Cash Vouchers (if applicable) ( Net Spending Amount ). 4. Citibank Service Counter ( Citibank Service Counter ifc mall ) is located at Podium Level 2 (near shop 2065) of ifc mall. The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday 10 a.m. to 9.30 p.m during the Promotion Period. 5. CLUB ic Members only include Principal Members who sign up the CLUB ic Membership on or before November 16, 2014 ( CLUB ic Members ). 6. Cardholders/Cardmembers must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts of Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank and/or Diners. All relevant documents submitted to Citibank and/or Diners will not be returned.

Each credit card sales slip and merchant sales receipt can only be used to register for Up to HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers / Up to HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic members, Daily Lucky Draw, and Mileage Accumulator once only. 8. Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and at the time when Up to HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers / Up to HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic members, Daily Lucky Draw, or Mileage Accumulator is awarded or used, otherwise, Citibank and/or Diners reserve the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice. 9. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal/ cancellation of transactions in respect of which Up to HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers / Up to HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic members, Daily Lucky Draw, or Mileage Accumulator is awarded, Citibank and/or Diners reserve the right to debit from Cardholder s/ Cardmember s Eligible Card account the equivalent value of reward(s) without prior notice. 10. Card acceptance will be subject to the policies of the respective Designated Outlets. 11. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability at Citibank, Diners and Designated Outlets absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only. 12. Citibank, Diners and International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. ("ifc") shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective Designated Outlets are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. 13. Citibank, Diners, ifc and the respective Designated Outlets reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Diners, ifc and the respective Designated Outlets. 14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms and Conditions for "Up to HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers" or Up to HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic members 15. Cardholders/Cardmembers are entitled to ifc mall Gift Vouchers upon accumulating a Net Spending Amount of HK$2,000 or above on the same day. Cardholder/Cardmember can combine 2 same-day credit card sales

3 slips (from the same Eligible Card account including principal card and supplementary card(s)) at most, each with a minimum Net Spending Amount of HK$100. Split transactions will not be accepted. Net Spending Amount made on the same day (will be rounded to the nearest HK$1) Value of ifc mall Gift Vouchers for Non CLUB ic Members Value of ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic Members* HK$2,000 HK$7,499 HK$80 HK$160 HK$7,500 HK$14,999 HK$400 HK$800 HK$15,000 or above HK$1,000 HK$2,000 *Applicable to CLUB ic Principal Members who sign up on or before November 16, 2014 only. 16. Unless otherwise specified, each Cardholders/Cardmembers have to register every time upon reaching the Net Spending Amount requirement and bring along the original credit card sales slips, the original merchant sales receipts and the Eligible Card to Citibank Service Counter ifc mall within 7 calendar days from the day when the Eligible Transactions are conducted or on January 31, 2015 (whichever date is earlier) in order to receive the ifc mall Gift Vouchers as mentioned in clause 15 instantly ( Registration ). CLUB ic Member is required to present a CLUB ic principal Membership Card (Affiliated Card is not applicable) under the same Cardholder/Cardmember s name upon registration to enjoy the offers for CLUB ic Members. Late registration will not be accepted. 17. Each principal Cardholder/Cardmember is entitled to receive a maximum of HK$1,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers per month and a maximum of HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for the entire Promotion Period (based on transaction date), including the ifc mall Gift Vouchers earned by the principal and supplementary cards under all of his/her Eligible Card accounts (excluding Citibank Business Card). Each Citibank Business Card account is entitled to receive a maximum of HK$1,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers per month and a maximum of HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for the entire Promotion Period (based on transaction date), including the ifc mall Gift Vouchers earned by all the cards under the same Citibank Business Card account. 18. Each principal Cardholder/Cardmember who is also a CLUB ic Member is entitled to receive a maximum of HK$2,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers per month and a maximum of HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for the entire Promotion Period (based on transaction date), including the ifc mall Gift Vouchers earned by the principal and supplementary cards under all of his/her Eligible Card accounts (excluding Citibank Business Card). Each Citibank Business Card account, of which at least one of its Cardholder is also a CLUB ic Member, is entitled to receive a maximum of HK$2,000 in ifc

4 mall Gift Vouchers per month and a maximum of HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for the entire Promotion Period (based on transaction date), including the ifc mall Gift Vouchers earned by all the cards under the same Citibank Business Card account. 19. The ifc mall Gift Vouchers can only be used at designated merchants at ifc mall. Please refer to the leaflet distributed together with the ifc mall Gift Vouchers during registration. The validity of ifc mall Gift Vouchers is from November 17, 2014 to June 30, 2015 ( both dates inclusive ). Other terms and conditions of ifc mall Gift Vouchers apply, please refer to the ifc mall Gift Vouchers for details. 20. Citibank and/or Diners will debit from Cardholder s/cardmember s Eligible Card account the equivalent value of ifc mall Gift Vouchers without prior notice if the ifc mall Gift Vouchers received by Cardholders/Cardmembers are found to be exceeding the maximum amount as mentioned in clause 17 and 18 or if the Eligible Transaction of the 2 same-day credit card sales slips in respect of which ifc mall Gift Vouchers are awarded are found to be conducted with credit cards not under the same Eligible Card account. Terms and Conditions for Daily Lucky Draw 21. Only Cardholders/Cardmembers who have completed the Registration for Up to HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers or Up to HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic Members as mentioned in clause 16 are eligible to participate in the Daily Lucky Draw ( Daily Lucky Draw ) immediately after the Registration. 22. Each Cardholder/Cardmember is entitled to one chance in the Daily Lucky Draw upon each Registration. Each Cardholder/Cardmember who is also a CLUB ic Member is entitled to two chances in the Daily Lucky Draw upon each Registration. 23. Daily Lucky Draw prizes are drawn on a random basis and not guaranteed. The result of the Daily Lucky Draw will be announced instantly. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the Daily Lucky Draw registration or result. 24. Winners of the Daily Lucky Draw will receive a designated Daily Lucky Draw prize ( Lucky Draw Prize ) as per the drawing result. A redemption letter ( Redemption Letter ) will be given to each Winner right after the draw and he/she must follow the instructions specified therein for redemption. 25. The Lucky Draw Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for cash. Use of the Lucky Draw Prize is subject to the respective merchant s terms of use. Please refer to the respective terms and conditions shown on the Redemption Letter. The Daily Lucky Draw Prize and Redemption Letters are

5 not replaceable if lost or damaged. 26. Diners agrees and authorizes Citibank to organize Lucky Draws for the Cardmembers of Diners Club Personal Card (Principal and Supplementary Cards) issued by Diners. Terms and Conditions for Mileage Accumulator 27. Only Cardholders/Cardmembers who have completed the Registration for Up to HK$3,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers or Up to HK$6,000 in ifc mall Gift Vouchers for CLUB ic Members as mentioned in clause 16 are eligible to participate in the Mileage Accumulator ( Mileage Accumulator ). 28. Cardholders/Cardmembers are required to download the "Stamp" application via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, present the Eligible Card and log in to the "Stamp" application for Mileage Accumulator Stamp collection at Citibank Service Counter ifc mall immediately after the Registration. 29. Cardholder/Cardmember can collect 1 Mileage Accumulator Stamp upon a Net Spending Amount of HK$1,000 or above in a single transaction. Cardholder/Cardmember who accumulates 10 Mileage Accumulator Stamps during the Promotion Period will be entitled to 10,000 Miles. Split transactions will not be accepted. 30. Each principal Cardholder/Cardmember is entitled to receive a maximum of 30,000 Miles for the entire Promotion Period (based on transaction date), including Miles earned by the principal and supplementary cards under all of his/her Eligible Card accounts (excluding Citibank Business Card). Each Citibank Business Card account is entitled to receive a maximum of 30,000 Miles for the entire Promotion Period (based on transaction date), including the Miles earned by all the cards under the same Citibank Business Card account. 31. Cardholder/Cardmember is required to provide and register with a valid Asia Miles Membership Number under the same Principal Cardholder at the Citibank Service Counter at ifc mall to redeem 10,000 Miles upon accumulation of 10 Mileage Accumulator Stamps during the Promotion Period. 32. If relevant spending made with the Eligible Card is verified by Citibank as an Eligible Transaction for this promotion, Miles earned under Mileage Accumulator will be credited to the last registered Asia Miles Membership Account by April 15, 2015, subject to Terms and Conditions of Asia Miles TM.
