Moreover, he was an advisory consultant of the World Bank for the diagnosis and reform proposal of Honduras electrical system; he developed an official project of Law reform of the power sector that allowed for the liberalisation and privatisation of this sector. He was also a consultant for Unión Fenosa on regulatory matters in Colombia. María Teresa Costa Campi She has a Bachelor s degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Cum Laude) degree in Economics from the Universidad de Barcelona. In 1987 she obtained the senior teaching post of Applied Economy (Spanish Economy) in the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas (Faculty of Economic Sciences) at the Universidad de Barcelona.
