1 S = Success System The AdvoCare SUCCESS SYSTEM is the proven and duplicatable process for developing your business. It primarily involves using 3 rd party credibility, where you introduce your new prospect to your sponsor or leader and have them share AdvoCare along with you. This allows you to learn this business in the process of following the system and while earning income. Your goal is to follow the SUCCESS SYSTEM on a consistent and ongoing basis, and to duplicate with your team members. SUCCESS SYSTEM Components There are 3 components to the AdvoCare SUCCESS SYSTEM: 3-Way Calls A conference call between 3 people: You, Your Sponsor/Leader, and Your Prospect Setup/use conference call system ( and all parties dial in May also serve as a stepping stone towards inviting to a 2-on-1 Meeting or Mixer 2-on-1 Meetings An in-person meeting with 3 people: You, Your Sponsor/Leader, and Your Prospect May also serve as a stepping stone towards inviting to a Mixer Mixers Small group in-home meeting to present the AdvoCare product & business Assisted by your Sponsor/Leader SUCCESS SYSTEM Prerequisites Prior Exposure to AdvoCare It is imperative that you expose your new prospect in some way to AdvoCare prior to inviting them into the SUCCESS SYSTEM. This should be done with the following: Spark sample Sharing your Packaged AdvoCare Story Impact magazine and/or video Package Your Story Your personal testimonial is what will pique the interest of your prospect and encourage them to take a deeper look into the AdvoCare products or opportunity. Your Packaged Story must be brief and concise in order to make an impact. You will have 2 types of your packaged story. 30-Second Story o Used in passing and gives a quick snapshot of your product or income results o Great response to what do you do? or what have you been up to? 2-Minute Story o Your business story that is used in settings where you have a person or audience that is intentionally engaged in a conversation with you about AdvoCare. o Share in a 3-way call, 1-on-1/2-on-1 meeting, mixer, or intentional first call. 2 Success System: Packaging Your Story Your packaged AdvoCare story is what will allow you to effectively share your experience. The goal is to be concise and to the point. Too many details or a story that is too long will lose your prospect s interest and lessen the overall impact of your story. There are 2 versions of your Packaged Story. Work with your Sponsor on revisions and practice reciting your stories so they are natural. 30-Second Story Used when first introducing someone to AdvoCare Response to common questions like what do you do or what have you been up to You should have a product and business version 2 ways to package your 30-Second Story, each has 2 componenents: o What happened + Where I m going OR o Before AdvoCare + After AdvoCare What Happened OR Before AdvoCare (circle one) Where I m Going OR After AdvoCare (circle one) 2-Minute Story This is your business story that is used in settings where your prospect or audience is intentionally engaged in a conversation about AdvoCare 4 Components to the story: Where I was What I saw What happened Where I m going (PURPOSE) Where I Was (about seconds) What I Saw (about seconds) What Happened (about 60 seconds) Where I m Going (about 30 seconds) End with Would you or anyone you know be interested in an opportunity like this?

3 Success System: 3-Way Calls / 2-on-1 Meetings 3-Way Call/2-on-1 Meeting Overview & Objectives The only difference between a 3-Way Call and a 2-on-1 Meeting is the 3-Way Call is done by phone and the 2-on-1 Meeting is done in person. The three parties involved are You ( Introducer ), Your Sponsor/Leader ( Presenter ), and your Prospect. The objective is to share the AdvoCare message with the Prospect through effective 3 rd party credibility. 3-Way Call/2-on-1 Meeting Benefits The Prospect has the benefit or hearing the AdvoCare message from someone other than You, who ideally has a greater income story, more experience, or more in common with them. And You get onthe-job training by listening and learning from your more experienced upline leader. 3-Way Call/2-on-1 Meeting Setup Prerequisite - Prospect should ideally have had prior exposure to AdvoCare through Spark sample (if long-distance, mail the sample) + your 30-Second Story Impact magazine and/or video clip Qualifying question Are you interested in hearing more about this? Great! I ll send you an with our next step! Inviting/Scheduling Use to drill down time options (important: cc to Presenter) Edify your Leader who you want to introduce them to as an expert or knowing more than I do. Do not use AdvoCare slang or Pin levels such as Diamond, upline, or sponsor Invitation Text: Hi, I m so glad that you are interested in taking a deeper look at AdvoCare! Since I m still learning I d like to connect you with my friend who s helping me along with my business. He/she knows more than I do about AdvoCare and can better show you the opportunity and answer your questions! What are 3 convenient times over the next few days that you would have minutes for a brief conference call/meeting (long distance/local) with the two of us? Confirm the time and place (2-on-1 Meeting) or conference line info (3-Way Call) 3-Way Call/2-on-1 Meeting Procedure & Roles Step 1 Introducer s Role 1. Introduce Presenter to the Prospect and establish the objective of call/meeting, this is my friend, who knows more about AdvoCare than I do and is helping me with my business. He/she has a great story to share and will be able to answer your questions and help give you some options! 2. Turn the conversation over to the Presenter, then be quiet (mute line) and take notes Step 2 Presenter s Role 1. Connect with Prospect o How do you two know each other? o Tell me about yourself o What do you know about AdvoCare up to this point? (transitional) 2. Share 2-Minute Story 3. Ask so with that being said, what are your thoughts so far? o One of 3 directions Products, Business, or Nothing 4. Help them get started and Invite to the next Event 5. Turn the call/conversation back over to Introducer to close out

4 Success System: Mixers Mixer Overview & Objectives An AdvoCare Mixer is a small group meeting, typically conducted in a home, where the primary objective is to share the AdvoCare message with new Prospects leveraged by the group dynamic and 3 rd party credibility provided by your Sponsor. Mixer Benefits The Prospects have the benefit or hearing about AdvoCare message in a group environment and are able to see a bigger picture and hear additional stories that validate the products and business. Mixer Preparation Prerequisite - Prospect should ideally have had prior exposure to AdvoCare through Spark sample (if long-distance, mail the sample) + your 30-Second Story Impact magazine and/or video clip 3-Way Call or 2-on-1 Meeting with Sponsor (highly recommended) Inviting Let your prospect know a few things when you invite them Your excitement to share more about the AdvoCare products/business along with your story (if not already shared) Emphasize the featured 24 Day Challenge and the results that people are getting Opportunity to sample some products and find out more about AdvoCare They don t have to buy anything. You ll respect their time. Mixer is about an hour start to finish Invitation Sample Phone/In-Person Script: Hi...Since you re interested in learning more about AdvoCare, I would like to invite you to a small group gathering we are having at my home! This would be a great opportunity for you to try some samples, learn about our featured 24-Day Challenge and other products, and evaluate if the opportunity could be a good fit for you. Timing I m very excited to share this with you! Keep in mind that you don t have to buy anything, and we will be done within an hour so we ll be respectful of your time. It will be held at on. Will you commit to come? For weeknights, tell guests to arrive at 7:15 for a 7:30 start. Sample and chat in kitchen until you formally begin at 7:30; end the mixer no later than 8:30. On Saturdays, 11:00 am is an ideal start time Set up should be complete 30 minutes prior to mixer in case of early guests. Have On Hand Small plastic cups or 10oz water bottles for Spark samples Spark for sampling (2 or 3 flavor options) TV/DVD player to play Opportunity DVD video clips Fun, appropriate music Product display (Keep it simple: 24-Day Challenge, Catalyst, ThermoPlus) Easel /white board/markers/eraser Impact magazines 24-Day Challenge Bundles for sale 24-Day Challenge Retail Order Forms and Guide Booklets Computer or Tablet for online enrollments or purchases

5 Mixer Pre-Event Room Set Up If children are present, designate someone to watch them in a play room or bedroom. Have music playing when guests arrive (not TV). Have it loud enough to be a fun atmosphere, but at a volume where people can feel comfortable engaging in conversation. Only AdvoCare products should be out for sample (no food please). Position mixer presentation products near/on coffee table near television/dvd player. This is where the mixer will take place (if it s a tight/intimate room, presenter should be on a stool or on knees, don t stand/hover over people). Keep product display with 24-Day Challenge and companion products Have a whiteboard or flip chart setup When Guests Arrive Spark everybody immediately! Don t ask if they want it, say What flavor do you prefer,, or? Hand to them and say This is SPARK you re gonna love it! Hang in the kitchen or room for a few minutes for conversation. Try to talk about other things besides AdvoCare to establish rapport and help them relax. Do not hand out documents prior to the mixer. A clipboard and/or note pad might be the only thing they have during the mixer. Mixer Event Mixer Intro/Start Welcome: Host welcomes everyone and shares product/business story. Thank you all for coming. The purpose of us getting together today is to share how AdvoCare could impact your life in a powerful way. I was introduced to AdvoCare (story) Host then either performs the mixer or turns it over to their sponsor or a guest presenter by introducing as the person helping them. Mixer Body Follow the H.E.L.P. Others W.I.N. format HELP people do 2 things (1) look/feel better, and (2) earn income ENTER into a relationship of your choice cover 4 relationships on board LISTEN to these product stories (live/dvd) and cover the 24-Day Challenge PAINT vision of a future with more time & money (biz stories/dvd) Share your vision, team vision, and AdvoCare vision OTHERS this is about them; keep your message pointed towards their life & future WHO do you know that wants more energy, weight loss, debt freedom?
