Named Foundation President Community Health Network has named Joyce Irwin president and chief executive officer of Community Health Network Foundation.

2 Elevate Ventures has appointed Terry Lewiso entrepreneur-in-residence in the Northeast Indiana Region. Lewis was most recently president of Sage Telecom. Korn Selected as Foundation Director The Lawrence Township School Foundation has chosen Cori Korn as its new executive director. She began her duties September 24. Health Care Terwilliger Named President of Hospitals Indiana University Health has appointed James Terwilliger president of IU Health Methodist and University hospitals on a permanent basis. Terwilliger had been serving as senior vice president and chief operating officer for the hospitals in an interim capacity. Cancer Center Names Program Leaders The Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center has named Dr. Kathy Miller (pictured) and Dr. Harikrishna Nakshatri co-leaders of the breast cancer research program. Dr. Miller succeeds Dr. George Sledge, who was a co-leader of the program. Dr. Miller is an associate professor of medicine and Dr. Nakshatri is a professor of surgery and biochemistry at the IU School of Medicine. Flagship Stations New Appointments at St. Francis Health Franciscan St. Francis Health has appointed three new members to its cancer center staff: Linda Dolan will serve as the quality of life nurse practitioner for the Center's Well Beyond program; Morgan Davis will provide genetic counseling services; and Rachael Cassidy assumes the duties of community outreach coordinator. 2

Health Care Terwilliger Named President of Hospitals Indiana University Health has appointed James Terwilliger president of IU Health Methodist and University hospitals on a permanent basis.

3 Marketing ExactTarget Announces Promotions Indianapolis-based ExactTarget Inc. has promoted two members of its executive leadership team: Scott McCorkle has been promoted to president of technology and strategy and Andy Kofoid has been named chief operating officer. Holy Cross Names Director Holy Cross College has named Jeff Penney director of marketing, communications, and public relations. He worked for Fortune 500 companies where his responsibilities included advertising for brands including Disney, Sesame Street, and Nickelodeon. Villing Names Account Manager Villing & Company announced Sara Zwolski account manager. Zwolski was previously marketing assistant for AcuTemp Thermal Systems in Dayton, Ohio. Banking & Finance First Financial Hires Advisor First Financial Bank has hired Nate McCrillis as a financial advisor. McCrillis previously served as vice president financial advisor for PNC Investments. Bank Names New Vice President Alex Pfister has joined Hendricks County Bank and Trust Company as vice president and commercial loan officer of Plainfield Banking Center. He will be responsible for business loan development in Hendricks County. 3

Hospitality White Lodging Hires Corporate Executive Chef White Lodging has named Mehdi Spadavecchia corporate executive chef. Spadavecchia previously was the opening director of food and beverage at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Education Thomas, Hampton Join CTS Christian Theological Seminary has named Rev. Pamela Thomas (pictured) director of recruitment and admissions. The seminary has also appointed Hope Hampton director of community relations. Ivy Tech Selects Research Leader Ivy Tech Community College has selected Cory Clasemann as the college's Assistant Vice President of Institutional Research. Most recently, Clasemann served as Director of Institutional Effectiveness for the University of Indianapolis. 4

Coty Back is the new Assistant Director of Leadership Programs for the Indiana FFA Program housed under ISDA, and Sarah Wolf is the new resource specialist in Jasper County. Life Sciences Bowsher Joins AIT AIT Bioscience is partnering with Dr. Ron Bowsher,who will act as senior research advisor to the company. He is an adjunct professor at the IU School of Medicine, in addition to his position as founder and partner in B2S Consulting. Accounting New Appointments at Somerset CPAs Indianapolis-based Somerset CPAs has named Stephen Reed (pictured) a senior manager on its Construction & A/E Team. The firm has also appointed Greg Heater manager on the Somerset Tax Team. McGladrey Announces New Hires McGladrey LLP has hired Rebecca Towne (pictured) as director of risk advisory services, Marcy Molter as director of tax services and Sweta Raval as tax supervisor in its Indianapolis office. 5

Butler is a 2005 University of Florida graduate who competed in six USGA Championships, including four U.S. Amateurs. Mayes is of counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Group of Bose McKinney & Evans. Fort Wayne Names City Engineer The City of Fort Wayne has appointed Shan Gunawardena city engineer. Gunawardena previously was a senior transportation engineer and project manager for Bonar Group. Board Appointments Kaplan Elected to Vera Bradley Board The Vera Bradley board of directors unanimously elected Karen Kaplan as a director. Kaplan is President of Hill Holliday, one of the nation's largest advertising agencies, where she has worked since Association Appoints New President Kim Opsahl has been named the next President and Chief Executive Officer of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. 8 Heller Named to Berry Plastics Board Berry Plastics Group has appointed David Heller to its board of directors. Heller is the former global co-head of the Securities Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he also served on the management committee. Awards and Recognition McMillian Named to "20 Under 40" Indianapolis attorney Tamara McMillian has been named a "20 Under 40" attorney of 2012 by the Just The Beginning Foundation. McMillian is a member of the Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Litigation Practice Group. Barnett Receives Steere Award Bose Public Affairs Group announced John Barnett, Jr is the 2012 recipient of the Allen C. Steere Award. Barnett recently retired from Bose Public Affairs Group LLC as a senior vice president. Rose-Hulman Honors Rea Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has recognized Gerald Rea with its Distinguished Young Alumni award. Rea is the chief executive officer of Stray Light Optical Technologies, Inc., a high-tech firm that manufactures energy efficient luminaire solutions. Rolls-Royce Engineer Honored Rolls-Royce engineer and Virginia Tech engineering alum Phil Burkholder is the recipient of the 2012 College of Engineering's Distinguished Service Award. Burkholder joined Rolls-Royce in 1986 after his graduation and is based in Indianapolis. Schafir Wins Industry Award 8
